“patients with depression, PTSD, and other mood disorders”
- The comma before “and” is called the Oxford comma or the serial comma. Many English speakers (and publishers and style guides) have strong opposing opinions about this, but you need to use it on the SAT.

rule: In a list of three or more items, you need a comma between each pair of items, including one before the “and” at the end.
