Apple Stores Exploration

Apple Store Information:

There’s an app called “Smart Sign” and “Self Service” on every single Apple Store “Smart Sign” iPad. These are the iPads that are embedded into the ceramic cases, next to the iPods, iPhones, and Macs. The Smart Sign app just starts up the Smart Sign software, which displays the specs and all of that for whatever it is next to. The Self Service app asks for a Username and Password, but I’m not exactly sure what it does. I was too paranoid to enter my real Apple ID, but I may make a fake Apple ID at home using a fake email, and come back and see if I can log into it.

They seem to have reciept printers under each of the wooden tables into the store. These appear to be connected wirelessly, but then again, all of the cables could be going to wherever all of the charging cables go to - presumably, the floor, where they’re hooked up to somewhere in the back room.

They also have lock boxes in the fronts of a few of the desks. I can’t remember if these are cash registers, or if these hold the actual devices. I don’t remember which.

They may house other things, besides these two, in the desks. I’m not 100% sure, but I will try to look under one of them somehow.
