Character Traits: Although she comes from  a zebra Family, her parents were industrialist and during the revolution created a name for themselves, sadly the political side of this Victorian era made themselves always in danger. Originally named Chancellia, she was raised into the wealth and properness that came with her family's stature althewhile, loving the city streets and the beautiful labyrinth they created often finding herself sneaking from home to traverse the streets. Once grown the danger finally caught up with her family, an "accident" leaving her the sole heir to her family company. Fearing for her own life, she took what money she could and took to the street she she preferred as home, she taking jobs running packages developing a reputation of being able to delivering items most would prefer remain hidden.

Appearance: Chancy has a very slim and nimble frame, often hiding her proper posture underneath cloaks, her old white hair dyed completely black, and pulled into a ponytail. Her goggles mask her striking blue eyes.
