  15. <Lava_Croft> nokia care replaces with n8
  16. <Lava_Croft> go back to nokia care point, have them phone nokia care
  17. <Lava_Croft> nokia care will then manually replace the n900
  18. <Lava_Croft> the automated process at nokia replaces any broken n900 with a N8
  19. <Lava_Croft> no matter what the problem is
