  3. There will be six gangs this round. One for each department.
  4.  
  5. CMO, RD, CE, and QM: Start as gang bosses with 200 starting influence.
  6.  
  7. HoS and Captain: Start as gang bosses with 15 influence. Implant breakers will be provided to help the HoS recruit his department.
  8.  
  9. HoP: Start as a regular gangster under the Captain
  10.  
  11. AI: Disabled for the round.
  12.  
  13. Special Rules: Do not try and attack department heads in the first few minutes while they recruit their department.
  14.  
  15. Otherwise, this is to be treated as a gang round.
