After we gathered all the information we need and analyzed the project, we came to an agreement that 3 parties will be involved in this project on the long run, as follows :

 

1- Garden Corporation  : As the owner the holder of the project.

2- Project Development Team : On behalf of E-Commerce company, we will handle the designing, coding and implementation of the project, and we will always be involved for and future updates and developments in the project.

3- Garden Corporation's Clients : As the users of the site who will receive your services via the website.

 

Our analysis also came to these five requirements as the top major ones for this project :

 

1- The first stage would be to develop a functional website with all necessarily attachments (Hosting service, domain name, etc ..).

2- You must provide us with a detailed list of your services and products to add it to the website in a special "Online Market Script". The information we need is like (Products names, prices, properties and types, quantity available, pictures or samples, etc .. ).

3- We have to make a deal with a local bank of your choice to setup the "Online Payment Methods" via the website.

4- We need to hire a company specialized in "Online Security" to handle the security of the website for your clients safety and yours as well.

5- Finally, since communication is an important aspect, we are going to provide your clients various ways that enables them to communicate with your team, such as ( E-mail, live chat, contact numbers, etc .. ).

We went through the logical experience, and we arranged for everything to be done in the same order as written and mentioned above, we assure you that you'll get a flawless,  high quality product and tool at the end, and that you'll be able to increase your income and enable your customers to live the "Online Experience" and make their life easier with no.
