Player "dragon quest" reported for teamkilling on public frequency in FR. I watched him for a moment while checking his tkinfo, which indicated he had recently tk'd. He appeared to be lobbing careless bombs in Javelin with the intention of hitting his teammates, at random. I first pm'd him, asking him to stop. He responded that he was tking in retaliation for some of them switching frequencies. It did not appear he was targeting only those players. After another obvious intentional tk, I issued a *warning. He then switched ships. A short while later he was back in Javelin tking, as evident by more ?cheater calls, which were taken by another staff member.
