Extract the "build" folder contained within to your act folder
(probably located at C:\program files (x86)\Advanced Combat Tracker)

Reload ACT and go to the plugins tab,hit the Browse box and go into the Build folder you copied into your ACT's program folder, and select OverlayPlugin.dll and hit open. Once the file explorer window closes and the address bar shows the .dll's location, hit "Add/Enable Plugin"
