  1. Ladine made her first steps into city, with the main gate in her back. She didn't had an Address, but her Aunt said she would wait for her directly at the Gate, so she didn't really fear to get lost. But still it was uncomfortable, but that was because she was completely new in this city. She wasn't sure how her future would play out. She wasn't sure if she would fulfil the expectations her family would put in her. She never met her Aunt, she didn't know how her Aunt was. She didn't know how they would react to each other. It wasn't angst, it was mostly nervousness of being new. Ladine stepped into one of the Shadows thrown by the building.

  3. Her thoughts were blown aside by some loud crowd of people to her left. It wasn't far away, but it was far away enough to not be visible. She wasn't sure if she was to early, but her Curiosity was drawing her to that place. She couldn't be sure, but she assumed it was the Pillories the Satyr had talked about. While one part of her was forbidding her to go there, a huger part wanted to know what would happen if one of these ridiculous laws are broken. She was slowly walking closer, without really leaving her stuff out of her eyes. A small glimpse was all she wanted. Her sneaking manoeuvre was disturbed by a loud: "Ladine!!! Hello!" The young elf turned around to see an older elf woman. A human or someone else, would think both these elfs are the same age, but Ladine knew what to look for to get a general estimation of an elfs age. The older elf woman had long white hair and her tan was showing that she lived in Macarash for a while. "You must be Ladine! I'm Ulana, your grandmother has told me much about you." Ladine nodded, while checking out her aunts wear. According to the Satyr Ulana should, what shouldn't be surprising, as Ladine was only at the beginning of her magical training, be more powerful, but the young elf girl didn't had the experience to even take a guess how much stronger her aunt was. Her Aunt was wearing a black china dress, open from the bottom to both her sides, only hold together by multiple red strings. Small displaced red flowers were decorating the dress on one side while it was pure black on the other. Her legs, rounded with red ribbons up to her tight, was mostly only visible when the dress allowed it during movements. Her top side of the torso, up to her neck was completely hidden behind the fully surrounding black cloth. Generally Ulana seemed like a friendly and happy person, which gave Ladine a place to feel at home in this new land.

  5. Ulana opened her arms to give Ladine a hugely Greeting, "Do you still have something to do here or can we start to move up to my place?".
  6. "No, I'm already done with the registration, but I wanted to see what the noise is all about over there.", answered Ladine while pointing towards the crowd with her finger.
  7. "Oh..." A sultry smile came over the white haired elf,"...you want to see the Pillories..."
