- 1. Added support for external HDs:

- Virtual DJ leaves an XML file at the root of all external HDs where music reside.
- VirtualDJPortable will handle this XML file.
- Any XML file created during usage is saved in: Data\Database.
- 2. Moved "Fonts" directory into App: reduces size by a bit.
