>Fluff: A fanatical Neo-Nazi with an exaggerated german accent, who believes that he is the reincarnation of Adolf Hitler. He roams the streets late at night, stomping on his jewish prey. No one knows how he became like this, as he was born a jewish. Most hardly know this fact, and those that do, are wise enough not to mention it to him.
>Basic Physical Description - He wears typical Nazi gear, the coat, the hat, etc. His face is concealed with a gas mask most of the time. When it's not, it shows a man, that appears to be normal, with artifical short blonde hair and blue eyes.
>Relation to any gangs within the city: Neo Nazis
>Preferred weapon: Gauntlets, Grenade Launcher (Loaded w/ Zyklon B), WW2 German Weapons
>Business: Mugging and Odd Jobs

>Inventory- A leather trench-coat, and beneath that is a large amount of holsters holding a large amount of guns (check weaponry). And a classic (Really classic) Volkswagen beetle. Due to the majority of his money he made being spent quickly on drugs and ammunition he has no saved cash. He has a red armband on his right arm with an american flag/swastika in the center.
>Skills- +10 melee and guns, +5 explosives and heavy weapons.

>Bonuses/Detractors- Radical (If the person The Ubermensch is fighting is directly and obviously opposed to his beliefs he gains +10 to all attacking checks, and the enemy increases all difficulty of intimidation diplomacy and negotiation checks by +10) Powerful connections (Based on his beliefs, many right wing organizations are quick to hire and help Ubermensch in any way possible. He gains a +10 in all charisma skills when talking with someone who agrees with him) Hierarchy (he must take orders from anyone who has established that they are higher than him in the current system. So if he's in a gang he always takes the orders to their full extent, never questioning authority. Especially if they uphold the same ideas as him)
