Set Description
================================
NOT GOOD FOR BOWS, USE THE BOW SET FOR BOWS.

A basic set to be used with either type of bowgun that is a significant increase over any of the free G Rank gear and has all the skills needed for a first true set.
Requires you to be at GR100 and that you to hunt some harder and newer monsters.
Grind requires a decent variety of monsters total.
Nothing premium, nothing event.
Doesn't have Rage or any similar one shot protection mechanics.

Armour Skills and Stats
================================
Strong Attack +4 : +80 Attack
Issen +3 : +20% Affinity, Critical Hit Modifier 1.50x (1.25 + 0.25)
Exploit Weakness : Hitboxes that have a weakness value of 35 or higher get +5 to that value (~15% increased damage)
Thunder Clad : Meter that builds up and adds +5 to weakness values. Causes EW to proc if it's a 30 hitbox. (Variable but at least 10% increased damage)
Sniper (Precision +2) : Causes less variance in bullet flight and adds +5 to weakness values if you are in critical distance. Causes EW to proc if it's a 30 hitbox or a 25 Hitbox while TC is active. (Variable but at least 10% increased damage)
Unaffected +3 : Wind Res, Hearing Protection and Quake Res
Steady Hand : Flat 1.10x multiplier on all core shots (Pierce, Normal Pellet). Incredibly good as you will be unlikely to be using status or elemental shots very much.
Mounting +2 : Reload +2 and Load Up. Increases loaded bullets by +1 to any type. Causes core shots to load at max speed with Normal Speed bowguns and at a minimum of the normal speed even with Slowest.
Expert +4 : +40% Affinity
Recoil +2 : Minimum recoil on core shots on any recoil level up to and including Very Large.
Bullet Saving Expert : 34% chance of not consuming bullets when you fire. Procs per bullet in compression shots (i.e. 6 loaded can result in 0 to 6 shots being used, with each rolling separately.)
Origin Piece : +0.3x multiplier to critical distance multipliers. Adds around 15-20% functional DPS without requirements except proper spacing which you should be doing anyway.

Normal: 15+

Set does not come with Adrenaline+2 so you'd need to eat for it.
Most buffs are not from actual attack increase making it less important than otherwise.
Numbers assume optimal situation but you should always get enough to cover that regardless.
