  1. "Flesh Construct"

  3. A huge quadruped composed of an innumerable amount of fetid, rotting corpses. It has legs built much like a horse's, with large, spiked bone hooves at the bottom. On it's back are two immense tentacles that whip and lash at the surrounding area. The tentacles have a group of five or so upper bodies of people at the ends, and are composed of a long line of people stretching out and holding the next's ankles. It's fat body is interspersed by large staples and rugged rope stitchings over still-open wounds that ooze festering pus. At it's front is a large, disjointed mouth with a slavering tongue fitted between rows of giant, gnashing teeth.

  5. Above the mouth, three intact bodies have clawed their way to the surface. One with menacing fangs and a glimmering red crown. The second is shorter with a flowing, white beard and a simple, obsidian crown. The third is between them, a taller figure with pointed ears and eyes that glow a freezing blue, it wears an elegantly made golden crown.

  7. You all feel hundreds of eyes staring at you, HATING you. Hundreds of souls tied together for a malevolent purpose, and it's goal is your destruction. This may be the end.

  13. STR DEX CON INT WIS CHA
  14. 20 7 18 18 11 14 (High intelligence from the wizards used to make it.)
  15. Saves: STR +8, INT +8
  16. Skills: Perception +4, Arcana +8
  17. Languages: Abyssal, Undercommon
  18. Immune: Lightning, Poison damage
  19. Weakness: Psychic Damage (The flaw of many minds in one)

  21. Abilities
  22. Multiattack - The Flesh Construct makes one tentacle and one bite attack.
  23. Bite - 10ft range, +9 hit, 2d10+5 bludgeoning damage. DC 16 DEX/STR check to avoid being grappled by the various arms stuck between it's teeth.

  25. Swallow - Swallows a grappled adventurer. A swallowed adventurer is blind and restrained, and is taking 4d6 acid damage per turn. When 60 damage is dealt to the Flesh Construct, any swallowed adventurers are vomited out.

  27. Tentacle - 50ft range, +9 hit, 3d6+5 bludgeoning damage. DC 16 DEX/STR check to avoid being grappled by the various arms within the tip.

  29. Crush - Restrain a tentacle'd adventurer, and crush them. Deals 2d10 bludgeoning damage.
  30.  
  31. Tenta-bite - Use the heads in a tentacle to bite at a restrained adventurer. 4d6 piercing damage.

  33. Vomit - Sprays the area within a 40ft cone in front of the Flesh Construct with gastric acid, dealing 2d8 acid damage on a failed DC 15 DEX save, and half as much on a successful one. Also launches any swallowed adventurers 30 feet forward, dealing 1d6 bludgeoning damage if they hit a wall.

  35. Tentacles can be cut off by doing 40 damage directed towards them.
