  57. 12:22 PM - FlatPancake: There's a lot of recruits whose interests are unaccounted for, so if by Wednesday nothing has been said, you guys may have to start probing them to get them to start taking initiative.
  58. 12:22 PM - FlatPancake: Phat Monstah, Fez, Shyness, Mongoose, Xeanos, and some others are all good recruits, so we wouldn't want to lose them to the 2 week cut off.

  63. 12:25 PM - FlatPancake: This week we've been getting a lot about the whole 'no more OOC' and 'more RP!' thing. I don't think all of its really fair or reasonable, but certainly some aspects of their complaints I'm willing to field and take into account.

  90. 12:36 PM - FlatPancake: I know large training sessions are convenient for you to get through the recruits quickly, but be sure to remind them that they /can/ do trainings individually with your units.
  91. 12:37 PM - RWxKestrelBirdMan: This week with recruits, I certaintly have no real questions for. I'd suggest creating a different way of training the recruits so we don't have an OOC bitchfest like earlier.

  95. 12:38 PM - RWxKestrelBirdMan: Literally, make a guide for recruits and say upon their time of being inducted as a recruit they are sent off for a week or so to go through actual "training" which would be the equivalent of reading the thread on the forums. Then they can focus on roleplaying with other units, and if wanting training they can seek it out.
  96. 12:38 PM - TRICKLE DOWN: I know a lot of recruits would rather just RP passively than train, and I can't fault them for that. A guide like Kestrel is talking about might be nice.

I've informed admins that were online that a old DUTY unit only flags up to partake in S2K. I told the unit to flag down or have their flags removed, as they're not rostered, and were inactive for X amount of days.

  122. 12:45 PM - FlatPancake: There is literally nothing we can do because CC is shit and Dave doesn't give out MySql.

  158. 12:54 PM - FlatPancake: Simply put, the entire CCA (and the community as a whole, but the CCA is at least something we can manage) has been runing into issues with units constantly stashing contraband, guns they shouldn't have, carrying six guns in their inventory unstashed, switching guns as they see fit, etc. etc.
