OK here's a method for making it work without blocking the market (only works on rooted devices, which I assume all of us have)

1. Put the phone on airplane mode & turn off wifi (i.e. cut off the phone from all internet connections)
2. Install SPB Shell 3D and DO NOT OPEN IT!!! Very important.
3. Open terminal emulator and run this command

su
pm disable com.spb.shell3d/com.softspb.shell.service.LicenseService

6. exit terminal emulator and launch the shell.Wait a few seconds untill it loads

That's it you have a 100% working version. Use market all you like :)
