- 5'9". Messy dark hair. Green eyes. Pale. Mid 30s. Cockney. Looks switched-on.
- A tired-looking young woman. Laddish, loud, and crass - a genuine Cockney and a bit of a tomboy. Husky contralto voice; her accent hasn't faded at all.
- Pale complexion, contrasting long, dark brown wavy hair. Long fringe. A typical English rose in appearance, contrasted by the awful manners and filthy mouth of a squaddie, as well as her harsh accent.
- She wears a British military-issue woodland windproof smock. Corporal's chevrons are on the sleeves, but the epaulettes and collar have crimson cloth tabs sewn into them in the manner of old Soviet uniforms. A red star cap pin is pushed through the left collar tab. She wears a loose, heavily-repaired pair of jeans, and black leather assault boots that look like they're nearing the end of their natural lifespan. Her loose-fitting clothes mask her figure completely.
- A large triangle of red cloth is loosely tied around her neck, Pioneer-style; an improvised blue armband is worn on her left sleeve, just above the elbow.
- Over her clothing, Fletch wears a plain khaki webbing rig and an old Soviet Army knapsack. A dagger-like knife hangs in its sheath from her webbing's right side; two road flares are stuck through the belt on the left. A small walkie-talkie is clipped to one of the shoulder straps.
- Fletch also wears a hard leather case around her neck, most likely for a pair of binoculars. A collapsed MP7 hangs loosely on a sling around her midsection for easy access, and a sharpshooter's rifle is slung over her right shoulder. It looks like it dates to the Second World War, with a small, featureless scope riding a curious rear-swept mount.
- She speaks fluent German, her bilingual childhood evidenced by lack of obvious accent leakage. She also speaks Russian, probably due to many years of living in City 17, with a slight accent. She understands conversational French, but is not a confident speaker.
