- Effect: The target loses 1 Tutor Point and becomes Attack Unlocked. Attack Unlocked Pokemon gain +3 to their base Attack Stat, and their base Attack Stat is increased by +1 more for every 10 Levels they have.

- Effect: Your Attack Unlocked Pokemon's Attack Stat cannot lose Combat Stages due to a foe's Attacks or Abilities. Your Pokemon resist Attacks of Opportunity one step further when Shifting away from foes and halve Hit Point loss from Recoil, Iron Barbs, and Rough Skin.
- Revenge Hitter

- Bind 2 AP - Standard Action
- Target: Your Attack Unlocked Pokemon
- Effect: While this Feature is Bound, the target gains a +2 bonus to Accuracy Rolls and a +5 bonus to Physical Damage Rolls against foes who have successfully hit them with an attack since the target's last turn.

- Target: Your Attack Unlocked Pokemon
- Effect: Choose Slam or Swords Dance. For the rest of the Scene, the target may use the chosen Move as if it was on their Move List. They must follow all normal limitations for the Move, including Frequency. A Pokemon can be targeted by Attack Techniques only once per Scene.

- Effect: Choose Bully or No Guard. The target loses 2 Tutor Points and gains the chosen Ability.

- Scene x3 – Free Action
- Trigger:
- Effect: Your Attack Unlocked Pokemon may activate Ultima Slash to use a Physical 1-Target Move as if it had a range of "Pass" instead of its usual range. This attack cannot be Intercepted, and neither Blessings or Moves with the Interrupt or Reaction keywords can be activated in response to it. You may use Ultima Slash only once per Scene per Pokemon.

- Target: Your Pokémon with at least 2 Tutor Points
- Effect: The target loses 2 Tutor Points and becomes Defense Unlocked. Defense Unlocked Pokemon gain +1 to their Defense and Special Defense Base Stats, and gain +1 more to each Base Stat every 15 Levels.
- Resistance Guard
- Prerequisites: Defense Expert
- Static
- Effect: Your Defense Unlocked Pokemon's Defense and Special Defense Stats cannot lose Combat Stages due to a foe's Attacks or Abilities. Whenever your Defense Unlocked Pokemon Intercept a damaging attack, they gain Damage Reduction equal to your Perception Rank.
- Diamond Stance

- Effect: Choose Cosmic Power or Substitute. For the rest of the Scene, the target may use the chosen Move as if it was on their Move List. They must follow all normal limitations for the Move, including Frequency. A Pokemon can be targeted by Resistance Techniques only once per Scene.

- Target: Your Pokémon with at least 2 Tutor Points
- Effect: Choose Delayed Reaction or Shield Dust. The target loses 2 Tutor Points and gains the chosen Ability.
- Ability: Shield Dust
- Static
- Effect: The user ignores the secondary effects that trigger during Accuracy Roll of damaging Moves that target the user. For example, Flamethrower can never inflict the Burn Condition. Defensive. The user gains +3 Evasion against Status Moves.
- Adaptive Defenses
- Prerequisites: Resistance Fighter, Master Perception
- Scene x3 – Free Action
- Trigger: Your Defense Unlocked Pokemon is hit by a Damaging Attack
- Effect: Your Pokemon gains X Damage Reduction against the triggering attack, where X is the Tick Value for your Pokemon. Your Pokemon has X Damage Reduction against attacks performed by the triggering foe for the rest of the Scene. Adaptive Defenses may only be used once per Scene per Pokemon.

- Effect: The target loses 1 Tutor Point and becomes Speed Unlocked. Speed Unlocked Pokemon gain +3 to their base Speed Stat, and their base Speed Stat is increased by +1 more for every 10 Levels they have.
- Speed Guard
- Prerequisites: Speed Freak
- Static
- Effect: Your Speed Unlocked Pokemon's Speed Stat cannot lose Combat Stages due to a foe's Attacks or Abilities. Your Speed Unlocked Pokemon's existing Movement Capabilities are increased by +2.
- Critical Velocity

- Prerequisites: Speed Freak, Adept Acrobatics
- Bind 2 AP - Standard Action
- Target: Your Speed Unlocked Pokemon
- Effect: While this Feature is Bound, the target gains a +2 Bonus to Critical Hit Range. The target also gains a +5 Bonus to Damage Rolls against foes with an initiative lower than themselves.

- Inescapable Speed

- Scene x3 – Free Action
- Trigger: Your Speed Unlocked Pokemon hits with a damaging attack
- Effect: This attack deals additional damage equal to your Pokemon's Speed Stat. The targets of the attack in turn subtract both their appropriate Defense Stat and Speed Stat from the damage dealt before applying Type Effectiveness. Inescapable Speed may only be used once per Scene per Pokemon.

- Target: Your Pokémon with at least 1 Tutor Point
- Effect: The target loses 1 Tutor Point and becomes Special Unlocked. Special Unlocked Pokemon gain +3 to their base Special Attack Stat, and their base Special Attack Stat is increased by +1 more for every 10 Levels they have.
- Special Guard

- Effect: Your Special Unlocked Pokemon's Special Attack Stat cannot lose Combat Stages due to a foe's Attacks or Abilities. The Range of your Special Unlocked Pokemon's Ranged Attacks is increased by +2 meters.

- Effect: While this Feature is Bound, the target may perform Special Moves with a Range that includes a Burst, Cone, Blast, or Line as if they had a range of Burst 1, Cone 2, Close Blast 2, or Line 4 instead of their usual range.

- Special Mastery

- Target: Your Special Unlocked okémon with at least 2 Tutor Points
- Effect: Choose Tinted Lens or Serene Grace. The target loses 2 Tutor Points and gains the chosen Ability.
- Concentrated Storm
- Prerequisites: Energy Specialist, Master Intuition
- Scene x3 – Free Action
- Effect: Your Special Unlocked Pokemon may activate Concentrated Storm to use a Special Move as if its range were "4m, 1 target". If they do, the foe is put in a Vortex (even if the attack misses). If the original Move was a Burst, Line, Cone, or Blast, this attack gains the Smite keyword as well. Concentrated Storm may only be used once per Scene per Pokemon.
