CCA.C17-UNION.04.52033: [YELL] CIVIL PROTECTION, OPEN UP!
** Spencer Elliott sighs as he opens the door with a handkerchief to his nose, seemingly blowing it  "Yeah yeah, I know the drill."
CCA.C17-UNION.04.52033: Citizen.
CCA.C17-UNION.04.52033: Wall.
** Spencer Elliott splays his legs slightly as he faces the wall still wiping his nose.
** CCA.C17-UNION.04.52033 slides his sidearm back into the holster, "Name and CID." He says as he moves his hands on the man's body, frisking him.
** Spencer Elliott attempts to spin around mid frisk raising his right fist and letting loose a hard right hook to the unit's head.
** Spencer Elliott quickly reaches behind his head immediately after the punch knotting the mask quickly to cover his face.
(CCA.C17-UNION.04.52033) ** The unit, caught off-guard, receives a hit against the side of his mask, slightly dazing him and putting him off balance. **
** CCA.C17-UNION.04.52033 reaches down attempting to unclip his baton with his right hand. His left hand pulls back moving for a punch towards the man's face.
** Spencer Elliott raises his left arm making a fist as he attempts to block the unit's swing and reaches towards the man's other arm as he grasps at the baton.
(CCA.C17-UNION.04.52033) ** The unit's swing continues towards the man's face before being put off course slightly by the man's arm, only grazing off the top of the man's head. *
** CCA.C17-UNION.04.52033 attempts to kick the man in the side of the knee, also attempting to use his free arm to elbow strike the man in the stomach.
** Spencer Elliott has his head knocked back slightly as the unit's fist skids along the top of his head. As he sees the man attempt to move his legs he releases the baton arm and attempts to give the unit a swift shove back to the chest with his now free hands.
** CCA.C17-UNION.04.52033 stumbles backwards slightly as he attempts to keep his footing, his elbow attack now swinging out to the side and missing.
** Spencer Elliott raises his left foot and quickly places it against the wall as he contracts the leg for a moment and proceeds to use his entire body weight to bring the officer to the ground.
** Spencer Elliott flies to the floor landing atop the man. From there he attempts to quickly sit up bringing his right hand above his left shoulder and tries to bring a hard right elbow to the top of the unit's mask.
** CCA.C17-UNION.04.52033's mask cracks at the front with one of his eye lenses shattering from the force of the elbow, leaving the unit even more dazed the previously, as he attempts to swing his right fist at the side of the man's head.
Spencer Elliott: [LOCAL-OOC] Would it be a relatively weak hit such as you are dazed and all?
Spencer Elliott: [LOCAL-OOC] . or just unaimed.
Spencer Elliott: [LOCAL-OOC] Like, mindless swing?
(CCA.C17-UNION.04.52033) ** Yeah, a mindless swing, if it did hit, even at all it wouldn't do much. **
** Spencer Elliott would be attempting to reach down onto the mans belt and trying to unclip the baton as the fist came up. It catches him by surprise as the blow lands hitting him in the right arm. From there he attempts to once again raise his right arm over the left shoulder and thrusting forward an elbow once more.
(CCA.C17-UNION.04.52033) ** The mask of the unit would become even more cracked and dented than it previously was, sending him into a semi-conscious state as the man unclips the baton from the units belt. **
** Spencer Elliott is breathing heavily as he brings the baton to bear, flicking the switch letting the rod glow with the electrical current. From there he scrambles to his feet and quickly stumbles over towards the unit's head. He brings back a foot and allows it to fly in the direction of the side of the dazed unit's head.
(CCA.C17-UNION.04.52033) ** The unit in his semi-conscious state is impacted by a kick to the head, sending his head to the side as his eyes begin to flicker under his lenses as the unit begins to fall unconscious. **
** Spencer Elliott moves over to the unit's side once more and swings a leg round' the relatively un-moving unit. He crouches down slightly before rearing the baton back and attempting to smash it against the opposite side of the unit's head.
Spencer Elliott: [LOCAL-OOC] Other side as in the side I didn't kick.
(CCA.C17-UNION.04.52033) ** A crack grows larger across the unit's mask as he is struck with the baton, causing another large dent to appear on the mask as the unit is sent into a full unconscious state. **
Spencer Elliott: [LOCAL-OOC] Full consent to loot you entirely?
CCA.C17-UNION.04.52033: [LOCAL-OOC] Yeah, I'm laying knocked out on the ground, there isn't much he can do to stop it.
** Spencer Elliott steps back from the unconcious unit breathing heavily as he raises his hand up to his mouth wiping it "Jesus christ" he mouths as he begins to pat down the officer for any weapons or gear on his outer-self.
(CCA.C17-UNION.04.52033) ** The man finds strapped into a holster a Glock 17, as well as a radio clipped onto his belt. **
** Spencer Elliott reaches down checking the safety on the firearm before shoving it into his belt. Reaching down once more he unclips the radio and tosses it on the floor before proceeding to stomp on it multiple times attempting to break it.
(CCA.C17-UNION.04.52033) ** The radio cracks as it hits the ground as the man stops onto it, smashing it into pieces. **
CCA.C17-UNION.04.52033 destroys their Radio.
** Spencer Elliott reaches over to the door turning the small knob as he effectively locks it.
** Spencer Elliott gathers up the man's various grenades as well as the flaregun. He swings round' his bag as he shoves all the items inside. Swinging the bag back around he quickly but quietly trods over to the kitchen area and rifles through a drawer for a moment before withdrawing a stainless steel steak knife.
** Spencer Elliott quickly moves back over to the motionless figure. Kneeling down he begins to slice off the straps holding the man's kevlar in place. Afterwords he slices off the holster and the various attached belts. Moving from there he proceeds to pull off the man's pants and boots shoving them aside.
(CCA.C17-UNION.04.52033) ** The unit lays motionless on the ground as his Kevlar is removes, along with the equipment on his
person, his finger makes a slight twitch. **

** Spencer Elliott finishes up the man's armor and clothing leaving only his underclothes underneath as he reaches up and attempts to pull of the mask.
(CCA.C17-UNION.04.52033) ** The man yanks and pulls the mask before it finally breaks off from the rest of the unit's headgear, snapping in half leaving the vocoder to drop to the floor. **
CCA.C17-UNION.04.52033: [LOCAL-OOC] You really did a number on me, but yeah, fair play to you. At least you RP'd it well.
CCA.C17-UNION.04.52033: [LOCAL-OOC] If there's any issues, just get an admin to PM me or something, I'm sure they could work out who I am by the scoreboard.
** Spencer Elliott sighs looking at the two pieces of mask and tosses them to the side before picking up the small device with a raised brow. He shoves it into his bag anyway as he proceeds to shove the entirety of the Kevlar and various outer-vestings into the bulging bag.
Spencer Elliott: [LOCAL-OOC] raised brow*
Spencer Elliott: [LOCAL-OOC] And yeah, sorry for doin' this, one moment im helping you with a minge the next this.
Spencer Elliott: [LOCAL-OOC] Anyway, no OOC feelings yeah?
CCA.C17-UNION.04.52033: [LOCAL-OOC] Yeah, no hard feeling, pretty fun to have something interesting happen on a patrol.
** Spencer Elliott glances around the room for a moment as sweat beads are visible on the man's brow. From there he moves around the room picking up the occupants various things, mostly food items before moving to the door. Unlocking it he sighs closing it behind him. Attempting to calmy walk away.
