Installation:
Set regional settings to Japanese locale (http://www.yesjapan.com/install_japanese/#Step_5)
Mount and install main game
Extract the archive containing the append patches using 7zip.
Run "kami_ap01", "kami_ap02", and "kami_200" in that order.
Follow the translation patch Readme.txt

Misc:
Installing the game using Applocale will cause problems.
There's an issue with the opening video and effect animations in game and if you are using LAV splitter. To fix this, open "Lav Splitter Configuration" and disable "mpegvideo (raw MPEG video)"
