3.The defense of Romania homeland - Even bolder stratagems must be devised if the defense of our homeland is to succeed. (1x50% land doctrine)
3.1 Yugoslav evacuation tactics - If any war turns against us, we need to have plans to evacuate as soon as possible. Yugoslavia never betrayed us in this kind of matters. (1x50% land doctrine, 1x50% industrial
3.2 Fortify the border with Hungary - Hungarians aren't trustworthy people.They demonstrated this so many times. We don't like this kind of people anymore. ( 6 land forts in romanian provinces bordering hungary)

Modernize FNR - FNR ( Fortele navale romane ) are a bit obosolete and needs to be modernized in order to keep up with the geopolitcal changes that happened lately. ( 3 coastal forts and 3 naval dockyards )
1. Naval infrastructure- If we want to get in line with the occidental forces,we must build up our shipbuilding capacity.
(2 Naval dockyard 2 building slots)
2. Raider Fleet-we must use our strategic position to raid our enemies trade submarine detection chance. (-10% Convoy raiding mission efficency +10%)

Air base expansion- Airbases are as essential to air support as air support is to modern warfare. ( +2 air base in a random place, +2 building slot )
1. Air inovations - (50% research bonus for Air Doctrine )
2 Brasov - Our biggest air base is in Brasov. We need to extend it in order to have bigger capacity. ( add 5 air base in Brasov)
3 Fighter Modernization - In WW2 we mostly used our  trustworthy fighters to achieve air superiority. Why would we end this tradition? (2x50% research bonus for fighter models )

1.Develop Ploiesti Oil Fields - Ploiesti has a vast reserve of oil that surrounds it. By extending the oil fields, we will have access to more oil from there. (add production of 40 oil)
1.1 Constanta Oil - It is rumoured that Constanta have a secret reserve of oil. Let's give it a try! ( add production of 40 oil )
1.2 Found Synthetic Rubber Industry - We need rubber, and we  don't want to import it. We should convert some of the oil production in rubber production. ( add production of -30 oil in Muntenia, add production of 40 rubber in Muntenia.lel)
2.Rethink Industry - There are many places that need a little 'upgrade'. (2x50% industry)
2.1Modernization of Northern Transylvania - This land is not used at maximum. We should modernize it and make it profitale ( add4 building slots, add 4 military factories)
2.2 Muntenia Fields - The Romanian Plains have the potential of feeding a whole nation.However,right now it isn't used properly. (add 4 civilan factories, add 4 building slots)
2.3 National Universities for Technology - Our universities should work more in order to discover stuff faster than others. (add 1 technology slot) Requirement: more factories than 40
	V- Political NF
Strenthen Romanian State - We cannot afford to stand divided.Our strength to enach changes is proportional to our unity. ( add political power 200)
1.Ask soviets for armies withdraval - After the second world conflagration, the USSR have put a massive army in Romania to 'maintain order'. Much time passed,so they should trust us now that we will not betray them. Requirements:Year after 1957 ( remove modifier 'Soviet occupation' that gave -50% division training time and -0.40 political power gain ). there should be a 10% chance that they will not accept, so you must ask again few years later.
2.Romanian Revanchism - Romania have lost so much in so little time in WW2. We must regain our lost territories. (Unity +10) Requirements:Ask soviets for armies withdraval
2.1 Distant from Soviet Union - Well,we must face the reality that our soviet-romanian "friendship" isn't friendship at all, more like a thing that was forced upon us after the loss of WW2. Now with Gheorghe Gheorgiu-Dej rising and Petru Groza's death,we finally have a man that is not the puppet of the USSR. This is our time. Requirements: At least 1961 ( add a -50 relation modifier ' Relations cooldown' , kill Petru Groza ( So that Georghiu-Dej can come to the romanian leadership), add a +20 relation modifier to USA ' 	Romanian-Soviet relation cooldown ). Mutually exclusive with 'Stay with Soviet Union'
2.2 Denounce Soviet occupation of Romanian land - before the WW2, Soviets presented an ultimatum to Romania. We needed to cede Bessarabia and Northern Bukovina immediately. This was an illegal act,and we should denounce this infamous ultimatum. (add claim on Bessarabia and Northern Bukovina, add a -100 relation modifier with -1/month 'angered Soviets', unity -10)
2.3 Leave the communist bloc - The time has come to finally be released from the soviet subjugation. Traiasca Romania! (Romania leaves Warsaw, Soviet union gains 'conquer'CB,relation between USA and Romania +50, USA guarantees Romania)
2.4 Transition to Democracy - Now that Soviets aren't a threat for us anymore, we can restore democracy in Romania. ( gain Democratic Influence (+0.10 democratic support), joins NATO ) (mutually exclusive with Stay Communist and go right)
2.5 Stay Communist - We can remain communists if we want - we will be helped by US in case of a war with USSR anyway. (unity +10, PP +150) ( mutually exclusive with transition to democracy and go right)

2.6 Go right - The romanian fascist era was the best era of our nation. People are crying for fascism even now. Why not? (Gain fascist influence 0.10) mutually exclusive with stay communist and transition to democracy
3.Communist heritage - Romanians are brave, and our deeds are immortal. Communism fits our kind of people the best. (gain communist influence 0.05, )
3.1 Stay with Soviet Union - Soviets showed us the right way and for this we are duly grateful. They are our eternal friend. ( relations with USSR +50)
3.2 The Romanian Purge - In order to maintain communism, we need to get rid of these that can't understand the teachings of Stalin and Karl Marx. ( add modifier Romanian Purge +20% division training time, -30% unity  for 400 days, add 95% popularity to communism
3.3 Political Comissars - Political officers will be appointed to ensure military adherence to the party policies. ( add national spirit 'Political Commisars' - Division recovery rate +10%)

4.Romanian-Yugoslav relations - There is an old proverb of Romanians: The only friends of Romania is Serbia and...the Black Sea. We must improve our relation that faded in the WW2, and show them that they can trust us again. (+75 relation with Yugoslavia)
