  75. to be honest the help i've gotten so far has not been to great, im not trying to be hard i'm just being honest i asked y'all to transfer files over and you said 24hrs which was fine then after i waited that long i was told ten then after that i was told it's taking forever so thin i did it myself in three hours then after making my players wait for two days to play again they get on to have like 6 rollbacks

  79. honestly y'all have a good way to bring in customers with a unique product but it's like a relationship if it starts out bad why would you want to continue? other companies offer a refund before seven days and thats what happend when i used vanquish i feel like this should have never happened in the first place, i should have never had the ram issues i get that y'all are a small company but i feel like it would be best for me to wait till y'all get the kinks out before i try using your service again i would very much appreciate a refund

  84. All refunds are at the final discretion of VortexUnit. it's at your discretion. i really dont want to be hard but you could give me a refund and i could be on my way and niether of us wouldnt have any problems this is really upsetting that this is what it is resorting to

  87. We really only provide refunds for extremely special cases, like dedicated servers and waiting times, or compensation if we break our SLA.

My users had to wait two days to play, in my opinion this is a special case because the server has had problems beyond my control i've had a bad experiance and i would hope out of good character that you would understand my disdain and refund me again im sorry it did not work but I feel that the right thing to do would be to refund me and when y'all expand later on i will look at coming back

  99. you gave me a server with ram problems and rollbacks ? you told me it would take a day to transfer files then after that you told me another 10 hrs then after so long i had to do it myself

  101. Technically, we do not do transfers, so that was a special case, and we did not anticipate you to have 50k files.

  115. Sorry, we are denying a refund since we feel it's fair for us to not give a refund under these conditions, both outlined by our post and TOS.

  137. Actually, no, sine we allow each server to have a "burst" or VSWAP RAM of 200MB, so at 100%, the server will be throwing a bit to the vSWAP or Burst, and since our nodes are only at 75% resource capcity at any given time, it's perfectly fine.

  141. a bad review will turn away a lots of 20$ customers compared to giving back 20$ and keeping those

  160. Also, we might have a typo there we forgot to change, but we have a map of our single location right below it.
  161. Keep in mind there is no way of ordering with us without agreeing to our terms of service.
