  1. JPS Section:
  2. -In <Big Guys> we use JPS for loot distribution, which is gained through a few methods which are,
  3.
  4. 1.attending the raid on time gets you 20jps
  5. 2.for every 30 minutes spent raiding you get 10jps
  6. 3.for every boss killed you gain 10jps
  7. 4.for being on standby incase you're needed if the raid is full, you get all of the above even without participating.
  8. 5.if you perform exceptionally well you get jps accordingly
  9.
  10. However, there are also things that will cause you to lose your jps which are,
  11.
  12. 1.missing a raid without informing the GM or an officer in advance will make you lose 150jps
  13. 2.getting an upgrade will make you lose 20jps even if you didn't bet on it (doesn't apply for OS)
  14. 3.for every 10 minutes that you are late for the raid you lose 10jps
  15. 4.poor performance may make you lose jps accordingly
  16.
  17. -after the boss is killed the loot distribution has a few stages and they go like this,
  18.
  19. Stage 1: loot is checked to see if its eligible to be jps rolled on or not,for example a warforged trinket dropped and there is player A which has none warforged version of it and has 100jps and player B which has a drastically worse dungeon trinket and 90jps,in this case the trinket goes to player B despite player A having more jps.
  20.
  21. Stage 2: players that need the item for their main spec start bidding with their jps,the highest one wins and if 2 players bid the same quantity they do a /roll to decide who is the winner
  22.
  23. Stage 3: if no one wants the item for main spec then the players can roll for it for of-spec or disenchant purposes, you do not use jps for ofspec or disenchant drops
  24.
  25. -Keep in mind that this however will not apply for legendary quest related drops if they decide to add that in WoD/future expansions, for example if a legendary quest related item drops it will be given to a prioritized player which would depend on many factors such as the legendary item's effects and bonuses, the player's performance/attendance/class/role and reliability in general.
  26.
  27. -jps will be capped at 500 so you cannot go over 500 jps and it will reset back to 0 after each raid tier.

  31. Guild information and rules section:
  32.
  33. In <Big Guys> we don't really have any strict rules however we expect you to be able to take some heat and heavy critique in raids and expect you to mention any mistakes that you commited so that we are aware of what went wrong during a raid so that we may improve upon it,the atmosphere in the guild is pretty relaxed most of the time and the usual discussion topic can go from talking about current raids to discussing if futas are considered gay or not and sometimes even making fun of each other so if you're someone that is easily offended then this guild is not U U U U.
  34.
  35. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  36.
  37. Raiding team section:
  38.
  39. -We have a list of people that are signed up on the core raiding team that will get jps for attendance and will have their spots reserved and will also get increased guild repairs,if you wish to sign up for the core team you need to inform the current rooster officer and tell him what spec, class and ilvl you're intending to raid with, when you sign up you are expected to attend to all the 3 raids a week and have a high attendance ratio, however if special circumstances happen and you cannot attend to a raid that is not an issue so long you inform an officer or the GM in advance and so long the special circumstance isn't going to last for a long duration of time your spot in the raiding team will be kept, however if you have a low attendance ratio and miss a lot of raids specially without a good reason you're most likely going to lose your spot.
