therapy goals

* Shorter term goal: get on medicine! talk to my provider or email but it has to be done and it cant be done at $900 copay.
* have a brain that allows me to achieve goals in general
* ...or even that can achieve goals that i do not intrinsically value (job, school, etc)
* build up more in-person community.
