  2. I practice yoga at least twice a week, always on Saturday mornings and normally Thursday evenings. I try to practice as much as I can! I’ve been practicing yoga for about 11 months only taking breaks when i go on holidays.
  3. What first encouraged me to take up yoga was my mother,[redacted], who’s been practicing yoga for about 10 years now, she eventually persuaded me to go to yoga and I enjoyed it so I took it up permanently and go with her to every class, its great fun and I get to go eat at the café downstairs afterwards so it’s a win win
  4. Yoga has affected me in many ways, I’ve lost weight and became more flexible, not to mention the fact that it’s made me more aware of my body, I’ve started eating healthier and better too. It also helped me straighten up my posture and get over a minor scoliosis in my back.
  5. The most challenging thing about yoga for me is probably the standing poses, I don’t really have a good center of gravity and holding my arms outstretched for a long time is quite tiring.
