- The harassment resource contains a link to what it says is
"A Twitter tool to block some of the worst offenders in the recent wave of harassment".
- The link leads to a blocklist of over 10,000 "worst offenders" twitter accounts.
- The list consists followers of certain Gamergate related accounts.

The block tool is currently non-functional, and only links to a generated blocklist.
The only purpose of the github code itself is to generate the blocklist from a set of gamergate related twitter accounts on a blacklist.
