## Converts a folder's individual URL shortcut files into a plaintext list of shortcut Names and URLs.

TO DO:
- Offer user a chance to give the plaintext file a particular name, instead of the default "readinglinks.txt".
- Make option to write to HTML file instead of plaintext.
