- 1) Fortify Walls(Costs 5 Treasures, 5 Challenge)
- ♦ If the walls are damaged, they recover +1 health.
- 2) Tavern (Costs 8 Treasures, 6 Challenge)
- ♦ Tavern allows for a new special action: "Following Rumors". Sending an hero to take this action will grant the group a secret random mission that only they could perform. This mission isn't counted as a threat to the city.
- 3) Alchemist lab(Costs 10 Treasures, 7 Challenge)
- ♦ Alchemist lab will generate 1 potion by the end of each player's turn and deliver it to the market
- 4) Blacksmith(Costs 12 Treasures, 8 Challenge)
- ♦ New action available for everyone: "Visit the Blacksmith". Anyone can send a character with 3 treasures from the group's storage to receive a Plated Armor / Steel Sword.
- 5) Chapel(Costs 12 Treasures, 8 Challenge)
- ♦ New action available for everyone: "Visit the Chapel". Anyone can send a character with 3 treasures from the group's storage to receive a White Cape / Holy Mace.
- 6) Arcanium(Costs 12 Treasures, 8 Challenge)
- ♦ New action available for everyone: "Visit the Arcanium". Anyone can send a character with 3 treasures from the group's storage to receive a Purple Robe / Magic Wand.
- 7) Town Square(Costs 15 Treasures, 10 Challenge)
- ♦ Town Square allows for 1 additional barter to be made when going to the market.
- 8) Citadel(Costs 20 Treasures, 12 Challenge)
- ♦ Citadel will generate 1 random key or a tome by the end of each player's turn and deliver it to the market

- 1)Training Grounds(10 Treasures, 6 Challenge)
- ♦ Training grounds boosts the exp gained for practicing any of the combat skills or scout skill from 10 to 15
- 2)Library(10 Treasures, 6 Challenge)
- ♦ Library boosts the exp gained for practicing Bureaucracy, Architect, Craftsman, or Merchant skills from 10 to 15
- 3) Trading post(15 treasures, 10 Challenge)
- ♦ Allows for a special action: "Trade". You can send a merchant to barter with another group as if you were bartering with the market(same mechanics are in play, treasure--->item). The other player must agree to this barter (accepting is a free action) for the trade to be completed.
- 4) Awesome Monument(50 treasures, 20 Challenge)
- ♦ Wins the game.
