## Hello, /r/Ultrahardcore, and welcome back to Apocalyptic Civilizations!

Apocalyptic civilizations is a Risk/Civilization esq. turn-based game that NightSlash707 originally created for the community (it was also done by eurasianlynx and Histo12). However, I'll be restarting it on a much smaller scale! I've selected 8 nations to be put into the map, each turn will be carried out in a community post. However - If your Civilization is destroyed, you are no longer a part of the game. Do whatever you must to ensure that your civilization will prosper!

### Turn 4 Introduction:

A lot of progress has been made this turn.

First of all, Artemis and The Sea Nation of Sharkfin have collided! This is the first contact of the game. If either nation declares war neither nation can expand or invest whilst the war continues. And judging by /u/LucityUHC's comments, we have an oncoming war.

We can also see some very agressive moves, such as Left Antarctica possibly going into contact with Atromiteritus next turn. Which doesn't seem good for /u/ISeeThePugInYou considering Left Antarctica has the largest military force in the game.

Just for anyone who is in the game and doesn't know how to do their turn, it goes like this:

**Reddit Name:** (ex. /u/giffer)

**Nation:** (ex. Imperial Ireland)

**Expansion Direction:** (ex. North-East)

**Investment:** (science/land expansion/military) - note that ATTACK is another option for touching countries here

**Update on Country (optional):** (ex. Imperial Ireland just produced the movie Disco Pigs 5, we currently have a 85% rotten potatoes rating and are eager to see the fans reception)
