*Knocks, door opening and closing*
Leon: I’m here, big sister Kamui.

Kamui: Leon-san!

Leon: I couldn’t come by recently, but is everything alright?

Kamui: Yes, I’m perfectly fine!

Leon: Is that so, that’s good.
This is the northern fortress, the place that the second princess of Nohr, Kamui, stays.  Us royal family live inside a villa within in the imperial palace, Clarkenstein. Only big sister Kamui is living in this fortress alone.

Kamui: Just a while ago big sister Camilla and Elise came by!

Leon: Oh, is that so. I was supposed to come with Big brother Marx, but he got caught by father. I was going to meet up with him, but even after finishing my philosophy book he didn’t seem to be  coming so I ended up going ahead.

Kamui: So in other words, Marx was left behind.

Leon: Well, I think he’ll be here soon.

Kamui: Okay! That makes me happy! Oh, that’s right. Felicia-san! Flora-san! Could you prepare us some tea?

Felicia: Ah, yes of course!

Flora: Please leave it to us, Kamui-sama.

Leon: Those two are twin maids from the Ice Village. They manage the chores and looking after big sister Kamui here. On top of that there are only a handful of guards. As a result, even within the castle not many people know of Kamui.

Felicia: Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh *crashing sound*

Flora: ah, are you alright Felicia!? Geez, you broke another teapot.

Felicia: ahhhh… I’m sorry…

Kamui: haha oh Felicia-san!

Leon: Haahh…as usual for your retainers.  With her being like that, it doesn’t matter how many times you anticipate it. Should I ask father to find someone more capable?

Kamui: Ah, no its fine. Everyone does really well, on top of that I think of Flora-san, Felicia-san, Joker-san and Gunter-san as irreplaceable family.

Leon: Hmmm…

Kamui: That aside, did father tell you anything?

Leon: Anything?

Kamui: For example, when I could leave the fortress…

Leon: No, I haven’t heard anything in particular.

Kamui: is that so… I wanted to go to those meadows.

Leon: Meadows?

Kamui: It’s said that once every few years there are shooting stars there. I read it in a book but apparently it’s near the castle, so I’ve always wanted to go have a look since I was little. It seems like I’ll have to wait a few more years…

Leon: Big sis…

Big sis isn’t allowed to leave this castle. According to father, as a Nohrian royal she was weak and it was dangerous for her to leave the barrier that protected the fortress. So for as long as I can remember she has never set foot beyond this place.
Marx: I’m coming in Kamui.

Kamui: Big brother Marx! You came!

Marx: Sorry for being absent, have you been well?

Kamui: Yes! Leon asked me the same question earlier.

Marx: What?

Leon: It’s because you took so long.

Marx: This guy…

Kamui: Haha, to say the same thing, you two really are brothers.

Marx/Kamui/Leon: *laughs*

Leon: I never say it, but I loved spending our time together like this. I don’t know what anyone else thinks, but opposed to the suffocating castle, this northern fortress was the only place we could spend our time as siblings…However.

Marx: It’s about time. Leon, we’re heading back to the castle.

Leon: You’re right. Well then big sis Kamui, see you.

Kamui: Oh yes! Thank you for today Leon-san, big brother Marx. Please come again…

Leon: Every time we leave, big sister Kamui would always, without fail, put on a lonely smile as she said goodbye. Poor Kamui, being trapped in here indefinitely. Before I realised I began to think. “I want to show her the world outside”.

Odin: Huh?! Sneak Kamui-sama out of the northern fortress!?

Leon: Shhh!! Don’t speak so loudly!

Zero: that’s right, Leon-sama is trying to keep his plans a secret. Be quiet and keep your ears open and listen. Like this.

Leon: Zero, your face is too close. Move away.

Zero: …as you wish. That aside, are you sure about this Leon-sama? Sneaking Kamui-sama out of the fortress that is.

Leon: yeah. I’m serious.

Odin: Will it be alright!? To carry out such an exploit, you’ll be taken by darkness and suffer imperial wrath without mercy.

Zero: Translation.

Odin: If you do that King Garon will be angry!

Leon: Well then we just have to make sure we aren’t found out.

Odin: Ohhh Leon-sama, that’s quite daring.

Zero: However won’t Kamui-sama’s life be in danger if she leaves the Northern fortress?

Odin: Huh, is that so?

Zero: You might not know since you just started here, but there’s a strong barrier set up there. So, if Kamui isn’t inside it she’ll be in danger or something…

Leon: About that, we need to bet on the truth of that.

Zero: What do you mean?

Leon:  Indeed there’s a barrier set up around the fortress, but the effects of it are at most, to strengthen anyone that enters the barrier. It doesn’t seem like magic used to protect anyone inside from evil.

Odin: Leon-sama, you can tell?

Leon: the average sorcerer wouldn’t be able to tell, but it can’t escape the eyes of a magic user like me.

Zero: Then why would King Garon tell such a lie?

Leon: I don’t know. Perhaps he wants to protect Kamui from the depths of his heart or perhaps he has a reason for not wanting Kamui to leave.

Zero: Hmm

Leon: Anyway, Big sister Kamui won’t die from leaving the fortress. That being said it’s only for a little while. I just want her to see the stars from the meadow. Will you two help me?

Zero: Yes.

Odin: Of course!

Leon: Thank you. Oh yes, I need to tell Big brother Marx about my plan. If my brother could lend me his strength it would be reassuring.
