[14:03] <!CYOA-sama> "No! I don't want to die!" Lucia replies from her cocoon of blankets under the bed.
[14:03] <!CYOA-sama> Helga sighs and places her hands on her hips.
[14:03] <!CYOA-sama> "Uh.... what?" Mesina says as she wanders up behind Helga.
[14:06] <!CYOA-sama> "Oh, the silly girls being a coward because his majesty told her that the queen of the insect races would be arriving today." Helga says as she sighs.
[14:06] <!CYOA-sama> "Oho...." Mesina says looking mildly sadistic.
[14:06] <!CYOA-sama> "You go make preparations Ms. Helga, I got this..."
[14:07] <!CYOA-sama> "Alright, just calm the poor thing down." The old maid says as she walks away.
[14:08] <!CYOA-sama> Mesina enters the bedchambers and only afterwards does it occur to her she's in Aldeas' bedroom.
[14:08] <!CYOA-sama> But before she even has a chance to ruin her panties Lucia dives into her chest.
[14:09] <!CYOA-sama> "Messy protect meeeeeeeeeee!~" Lucia wails into the redheads chest.
[14:09] <!CYOA-sama> 'H-hnnnng...'
[14:09] <!CYOA-sama> "Um.... there, there?..."
[14:09] <!CYOA-sama> Mesina pats Lucia's head.
[14:10] <!CYOA-sama> "I doubt she'll try to eat you or anything...." Mesina says as she attempts to comfort Lucia, who is being so uncharacteristically moe that any thoughts she had of teasing her have long since melted away.
[14:12] <!CYOA-sama> "I'm allergic to bees....." Lucia says in a voice that sounds like she just read her own epitaph.
[14:12] <!CYOA-sama> ".... Oh....." Mesina responds.
[14:12] <!CYOA-sama> "Well..... shit...."
[14:12] <!CYOA-sama> ".... I GOT IT!"
[14:12] <!CYOA-sama> "E-eh?" Lucia says as she pries her head away from Mesina's chest.
[14:13] <!CYOA-sama> "Plan B!" The redhead says as she holds up an index finger.
[14:13] <!CYOA-sama> "..... Is that a pun...." Lucia asks with a frown.
[14:13] <!CYOA-sama> "YEP!" Mesina confirms.
[14:14] <!CYOA-sama> Meanwhile Aldeas waits patiently in the throne room for the arrival of Kilix, the vermiurge.
[14:14] <!CYOA-sama> "So.... what exactly is a vermiurge anyway, that it has her grace so worked up?"
[14:15] <!CYOA-sama> Sir Bradly asks as he stands at Aldeas' side.
[14:19] <!CYOA-sama> "It's an arachne-type monstergirl with a lower body that has 6 legs and the shape of a scorpion, at the front of the body she has a pair of beetle-like pincers and from her shoulders 4 more insect-like arms extend. Two are tipped with scythe-like claws and two end in crab-like claws."
[14:19] <!CYOA-sama> "She also has 3 pairs of dragonfly wings and a scorpion tail ending in a bee stinger."
[14:20] <!CYOA-sama> "That last part is what Lucia is so scared of probably.... that and the fact she supposedly can summon an infinite number of biting and stinging insects."
[14:21] <!CYOA-sama> Aldeas delivers his explanation without flinching.
[14:22] <!CYOA-sama> The same cannot be said for Sir Bradly who seems to have broken out in a cold sweat.
[14:23] <!CYOA-sama> "Are you alright old man? Not afraid of bugs are you?"
[14:24] <!CYOA-sama> Aldeas' grin is enough to push the old knights pride over the edge.
[14:24] <!CYOA-sama> "Gahahahaha! Of course not lad, she's just a monster like any other!"
[14:24] <!CYOA-sama> Aldeas laughs at the obvious bravado of his trusted knight.
[14:26] <!CYOA-sama> "I-I'm here....." A fragile voice says from the hall leading into the throne room.
[14:26] <!CYOA-sama> "TADAAAH!~" Mesina shouts as she flourishes extravagantly before a small figure in an oversized beekeeper suit.

[14:26] <!CYOA-sama> .....
[14:26] <!CYOA-sama> ......
[14:27] <!CYOA-sama> Sir Bradly stares with an expression of deep concern for the future of his country.
[14:28] <!CYOA-sama> Aldeas' laughter as he falls from his throne causes Lucia to blush with such intensity it's visible behind the screen of her beekeeper hat.
[14:28] <!CYOA-sama> "I told you this was stupid!" She shouts at Mesina.
[14:28] <!CYOA-sama> "If it's stupid and it works it's not stupid." Mesina replies with a wide cat-like smile.
[14:29] <!CYOA-sama> Lucia sits mortified next to her husband as he struggles to breath between laughter.
[14:30] <!CYOA-sama> As the young kind catches his breath and sits in his throne doubled over from the pain in his abdomen the doors open wide.
[14:30] <!CYOA-sama> "She's here milord." a young knight says.
[14:31] <!CYOA-sama> Aldeas motions for her to be shown in as he's still unable to form words.
[14:33] <!CYOA-sama> The knight leaves and moments later a figure enters the throne room.
[14:33] <!CYOA-sama> She is, in a word not as Aldeas described.
[14:34] <!CYOA-sama> The thin figure of the monster causes even Lucia to drop her guard.
[14:35] <!CYOA-sama> Her face is exstremely thin, only her alien-like black eyes would set her apart from a normal human face.
[14:36] <!CYOA-sama> Her hair is long and black, only upon close inspection does it become apparent that each individual hair twitches slightly as the girl moves.
[14:36] <!CYOA-sama> Tens of thousands of tiny, flexible antannae falling from her head like well brushed hair.
[14:37] <!CYOA-sama> Her thin arms are pulled close to her chest, chitinous and covered in black shiny armor but otherwise fairly human.
[14:37] <!CYOA-sama> Each arm ends in 5 fingers and all her joints are in the same places they would be on a human.
[14:38] <!CYOA-sama> Her legs are the same, chitinous armor ending in claw-like feet.
[14:38] <!CYOA-sama> Her petite body is entirely human aside from it's slightly golden color, her skin appears soft and smooth.
[14:39] <!CYOA-sama> She wears an elegant black blouse and skirt.
[14:39] <!CYOA-sama> From her backside a long prehensile tail hangs down ending in a bulbous bee-like abdomen and stinger.
[14:40] <!CYOA-sama> A pair of fragile iridescent butterfly wings fold behind her like a delicate cape.
[14:42] <!CYOA-sama> "I see.... so the form of a vermiurge changes from generation to generation. your mother was far more menacing Lady Kilix."
[14:42] <!CYOA-sama> Aldeas stand sup and approaches the thin, skittish bug girl.
[14:43] <!CYOA-sama> "Zzzzzhello your majezzzty." She says in a sweet buzzing voice.
[14:43] <!CYOA-sama> As she opens her mouth the her black tongue is visible for the briefest of moments.
[14:44] <!CYOA-sama> Aldeas extends his hands and immediately a swarm of hornets erupts from this air around Kilix causing him to recoil.
[14:45] <!CYOA-sama> "P-pleazzzze to not touch me.... I-I'm quite zzzzcared of humanzzzz...." She says as she darts backwards and hides behind the doorway.
[14:45] <!CYOA-sama> "May I ask why?" Aldeas says without flinching as the hornets buzz around him.
[14:46] <!CYOA-sama> "Many of my brotherzzzz and zzzizzzterzzz are hunted by your kin.... ezzzzzterminated like pezzztzzz."
[14:47] <!CYOA-sama> "That is true, humans, by our nature are afraid of creatures with a form alien to us, personally I think that's a barrier we need to work to overcome." Aldeas says as he remains still as hornets land on his exposed skin.
[14:47] <!CYOA-sama> He remains motionless with his hand outstreched as Lucia physically smothers herself with her hat to keep from screaming in a panic.
[14:48] <!CYOA-sama> Slowly Kilix approaches and places her hand in his.
[14:50] <!CYOA-sama> "I've come to zzzeriouzzzly dizzzcuzzzz your peazzz treatiezzzz... I'd like to enzzzure the the zzzafety of my people in ezzzchange." The small insect girl is clearly showing her determination as her chitinous hand trembles with fear from being this close to a human.
[14:50] <!CYOA-sama> "Of course, that was always my intention." Aldeas assures her with a smile.
[14:51] <!CYOA-sama> Kilix smiles weakly and closes her eyes as she withdraws her hand quickly.
[14:52] <!CYOA-sama> "I'm zzzorry.... I can't take anymore.~" She says embarrassed as she covers her face and flees back behind the doorway.
[14:52] <!CYOA-sama> "Of course, take your time." Aldeas says with a warm smile, hornets still crawling on his bare upper body.
[14:53] <!CYOA-sama> "Your chambers are on the top floor of the west tower, if you'd like to go alone."
[14:54] <!CYOA-sama> "That would be bezzzt.... I will try to overcome my fear zzzo we can talk perzzzonally your majezzzty." The cowardly bug girl says through her trembling.
[14:55] <!CYOA-sama> "Actually. My wife has a crippling fear of stinging insects so I would rather you speak with her instead so you can help one another overcome your fears."
[14:55] <!CYOA-sama> "WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!?" Lucia shrieks from the fetal position on her throne.
[14:55] <!CYOA-sama> Kilix's eyes widen as she looks over and sees the small girl in a beekeeper suit sitting trembling on the throne.
[14:56] <!CYOA-sama> ".... Heh." The small bug girl smirks before flying away.
[14:56] <!CYOA-sama> "Kyiiiiiiiiii~" Lucia flails as she attempts to climb on top of Mesina.
[14:56] <!CYOA-sama> "D-d-d-d-d-did you see her smile!!! She's going to kill me in my sleep!~"
[14:57] <!CYOA-sama> Aldeas walks over to his spazzing wife and places a hand on her shoulder.
[14:57] <!CYOA-sama> "I'm glad you've made another friend dear." He says with a smile and a sagely nod.
[14:58] <!CYOA-sama> "Eh-heh-haa-ha~" Lucia whines as she pounds on Aldeas' chest.
[14:59] <!CYOA-sama> "It seems the palace may get a bit louder." Sir Bradly observes as he rubs the bridge of his nose.
