RGG2 (Update 2.0)

Hello RGG Lovers,
There will be a few additions on the RGG Season 2 "Wheel Prizes", "Incentive values and increments" and also the way that "Reset" works.

--- Wheel Rewards/Punishments ---
There is a total of 18 Rewards/Punishments so 2 more will be added making a new total of 20:
1. Previous/Next - Next game will be rolled of the adjacent platform to the current one (decided by a coin toss, in case for first/last platform no coin toss is needed).
2. Sub-Mission - Next game will be rolled from the "Subscriber List" with the chance of the player to pick one of the five games shown on the roll machine.

--- Starting incentives values and increments ---
Starting values for a platform will change to 10 subs and $20 for donations (Tier 0). The increments after an incentive is met will change to +5 for subs and +$5 donations.

--- New Reset Rules ---
Each reset for a given platform adds one tier to the reset counter. The starting reset tier is 0. Each tier is will increase +5 to both subs and donations. See table below:
