NTTデータが2013年4月以降、新卒採用に「外国人枠」を設けるという。新卒採用者500人前後のうち1割程度を外国人枠とする方針とのこと（日刊工業新聞）。

From April 2013, it's reported that NTT Data will extend "the foreigner consideration" to the recruitment of new graduates.  The objective is for out of every 500 new graduates, 10 percent of them will be foreigners. (Nikkan Industry Paper)

外国人採用を増やす企業は増えており、ユニクロを展開するファーストリテイリングや楽天、パナソニック、ローソン、ファミリーマートなどがすでに「外国人枠」を導入しているという（2010年のJ-CASTニュース記事）。他の業種にも今後広がっていくのだろうか？
