Daenerys, Slaver's Bay
Dany returns to Slaver's Bay at the head of a massive Khalasar, destroys the Meereenese. Second Sons/Stormcrows/Unsullied/Ironborn rally to Daenerys' side, her army is the size of 10,500 now. She has 60 ships, as a pact with Victarion Greyjoy that she would marry him when she came into the throne.
Dany is riding west. Buys more ships to get the Dothraki and Unsullied across the sea. Sieges Dragonstone. Defeats Tyrell host in Dragonstone, takes Dragonstone for herself, Victarion dies in battle with Loras Tyrell. Loras sent a raven to King's Landing before going into battle.

Dany loses 300 troops overall, and twenty ironborn ships. Sails for the Trident

The North

Stannis marches south, meets Roose Bolton at Winterfell. Stannis obliterates Roose. Roose retreats to Dreadfort, bends the knee to Stannis. Ramsay dies.
Jon Snow is revived, is Azor Ahai. Plunges sword through Melisandre's breast to create Lightbringer. White Walkers tear the wall down. Jon Snow defeats them. Jon Snow rebuilds the wall. Finds "Dark Sister" in one of the massive blocks of the wall.

White Walker's retreat, while Davos finds Rickon. Rickon is brought to Winterfell, and is named "Lord of Winterfell and Warden of the North" by Stannis. The countryside rallies to Stannis. Stannis marches south after hearing of the defeat of the White Walkers.

The Battle at the Trident
The battle at the Trident was ultimately a deciding factor in the War of Five kings.
After landing at the Trident, Daenerys Targaryen's host meets with Stannis.

Mannis.

Stannis and his troops are utterly decimated and decided the fate of the War of the Five kings.

With Stannis defeated, Dany goes south

Aegon and Jon
Jon has Greyscale. Leads the siege against Storm's End. Takes it. Sends ravens to all the lords of Westeros. Dorne rallies to his side, along with a bunch of minor lords, (bronn, being one of them.) They have yet to be informed of Daenerys Targaryen's landing in Westeros.

Afterwards, they head to Highgarden, siege it briefly and defeat was tyrell force was left in Highgarden, occupies it. Mace Tyrell flees King's Landing with Margaery after her trial. Bend the knee to aegon with the threats of their home being burned down and Lady Olenna and her grandson dying.

After hearing of Daenerys targaryen's return, Aegon treats with Dany at Casterly Rock. They agree that they both have legitimate claims, agree to take the Iron Throne with eachother. Tyrion Lannister is pardoned by Daenerys and Aegon, and the two massive hosts of Westeros siege King's Landing. They take it within a day, the Lannister Force defeated. Daenerys Targaryen incinerates the Red Keep and burns Tommen and Cersei within.
