Are you using emulator?
Kinda sorta...using a everdrive v3 a flash cart for n64 system.
How does it compare to ique/ntsc-j cartridge?
Well it doesn't lag spike like on cart but isn't as fast as ique not even close. But is around 10-15 seconds quicker on intro when getting your house and listening to nook explain how saving and quiting and asking for money and telling you to work for him and telling where his store is location.

Should it be banned?

Absolutely not! It's not fast enough and emulates very close to iQue but slowe plus it's more expensive and a majority of runners will buy the cartridge anyway so it doesn't matter as far as I'm concerned. Also I wish more runners like beefwellington and susslord as well as g_heinz and myself who will try this game.

Is thereally luck involved?
