The agent is the person or thing that does the action. It doesn’t change between active and passive:
Leonardo da Vinci painted the Mona Lisa. (agent = Leonardo)
The Mona Lisa was painted by Leonardo da Vinci. (agent = Leonardo)
	(The Mona Lisa can be called the receiver in this situation.)

The subject and the object depend on the structure of the sentence.
Leonardo da Vinci painted the Mona Lisa. (subject = Leonardo)
The Mona Lisa was painted by Leonardo da Vinci. (subject = the Mona Lisa)
