Demon Magic: D--->C (3/3) Clear!
The user possesses enough proficiency to learn Kido spells up to #60, and has the skill to reliably use Kido of those ranks.

Using Kido requires their full incantation, which takes a full turn. The spell is then used on the next turn. During the incantation, the user may defend themselves using any skill at their disposal.

Kido ranging from #1 to #40 may have their incantation dropped in exchange for reducing the Rank of the spell by one. This may not reduce the Rank of a spell below E.


			C--->B (0/3)
The user possesses enough skill to learn Kido up to #80, and has the skill to reliably use Kido of those ranks.

Using Kido requires their full incantation, which takes a full turn. The spell is then used on the next turn. During the incantation, the user may defend themselves using any means at their disposal - the user is considered to be at full fighting capacity for the duration of the incantation.

Kido ranging from #1 to #40 no longer require incantations. Kido ranging from #41 to #60 may have their incantation dropped in exchange for reducing the Rank of the spell by one. This may not reduce the Rank of a spell below E.



Shunpo: D--->C (1/3)
At this level, this skill provides a temporary burst of speed that cannot be competed against or interrupted until the movement is finished. To the outside viewer, this might seem like teleportation. AGI is momentarily doubled for a single action. This level of master is what's commonly referred to as 'Shunpo'.


Presence Concealment: D--->C
The user does not alert other spiritual beings in the area to their presence even while using some of their spiritual power. D Rank techniques and Shunpo do not give them away. It is negated by a Sixth Sense of higher Rank.

The user may incorporate Presence Concealment into other skills. For example, used in conjunction with Kido that requires an incantation, the user may use this skill to conceal the fact that they are making an incantation, attack after using Shunpo as though they attacked from stealth, or use it to enhance the effects of an illusion-based ability.

The difficulty of concealing an action scales with how difficult the original action is to perform.


Sixth Sense: D--->C
The user can feel the presence of other spiritual beings in a radius comparable to that of a small town and can compare their power to their own. The user is aware of the area from which the spiritual energy is coming from.

The user's sixth sense is a suitable substitute for any of his five senses. All penalties granted by obstruction to vision or hearing are negated by half. Analytical Mind may be used by sensing the target with the Sixth Sense; seeing an ability is no longer necessary to analyze it.
