What does roleplay mean:
It means that you can actually talk to the people that you are playing with seriously. It is almost as if you were there in real life except you are playing in a video game.

What does KOS mean:
Kill on sight basically means you just kill someone without having a reason or without "Roleplaying" with them. Killing someone should never be your first thought when meeting someone.

What does NLR mean:
The New life rule means that you do not remember the people who killed you, where you died. If you are to die you can not go back to your stuff or the location where you died

Metagaming is when you get outside information about something your character would not know in game.

What is the powergaming rule:
Power gaming is when you are robbing someone and you do something that will be permanent on their character like removing a limb or taking out an eyeball.

Backstory:
My name is Sgt.Jacob Spat. I am was a Helicopter Pilot in the Marine Corps in Iraq. Eventually, I was discharged out of the Marine's. I thought I wouldn't want to fight again, but I just couldn't adapt to the civilian life. So, I joined the UN. I eventually was stationed in Chernarus at a safe zone to protect the civilians there from some new crazy kind of virus that let humans come back to life. For a few weeks the safe zone was fine until a horde of ,what we thought were, survivors came. Unfortunately we were wrong, they were the infected not survivors. We told them to stop a few times before we had to open fire. By the time we had opened fire it was to late, They had already over run us and I was forced to run. Now I roam Chernarus looking for other survivors.
