  3. Quickened Hastening Wind x1 - Swift Action. The user and all allies in Burst 3 gain +1 Speed Stage.

  5. Surefire Blazing Wall x1 - Standard Action. Use the move Overheat, gain +2 to Accuracy when using it.

  7. Protective Kindness Rain x1 - Standard Action. For the next three turns, all allies (including the user) within Burst 3 of the user gain a Tick of Hit Points at the start of their turns, and Water-type Moves performed by allies gain +10 to their Damage Roll. All allies within Burst 3 of the user also gain +1 evasion for the remainder of combat.

  9. Maximized Earthquake x1 - Standard Action. You use Earthquake with the Friendly keyword. Unlike most spells this is a Physical Move, but the Associated Skill may still be substituted. The range is Burst 5 instead of Burst 3.

  13. Kori Shinchuu x2 - Standard Action. When used on an unaware target, they are fooled into walking in circles instead of their target route. On an aware target, it simply Confuses them with no accuracy roll.

  15. Lesser Kawarimi x2 - Shift Action Interrupt. Trigger: Being hit with an attack. Effect: Use the move Splash and gain 12 Damage Reduction against the triggering attack. (This technique was used by Masaru against Iltani at the very start). This causes you to reappear in a nearby location, with a substitution of some kind (a doll, a log) having taken some of the damage for you.

  17. "Friendly Ghost" x2 - Standard Action. Your body dissolves and your spirit piggybacks into the body of one willing Pokemon target, allowing you to move with them until manually dispelled as a free action, after which your body materializes again within 4 meters of the Pokemon. Movement speeds can be split between either your or the Pokemon's turn, as if the Pokemon was Mounted.

  19. "Ninjask Swiftness" x2 - Swift Action. Select an initiative count equal to half or less of your current initiative count. You gain an extra turn at that point in the round, which may not be used to make an offensive action or raise combat stages.

  24. Usagi notes that the scrolls were crafted by a talented Kiba scrollsmith who deconstructs Runes into consumable techniques. These are intended for the samurai to use in case of emergency, so she feels confident in their use here.
