We feel the need to leave EgN because we think the current system is awful and we think it isn't going to change, of which the higher ups favor certain players above others (just because they’re friends). E.G, Caboose, Lex, Chips…
We feel that members get absolutely no say in anything in the community other than voting for recruits.
Kharn, we feel you need to watch the higher ups very closely. Generally, we barely see you and decisions are made without you being here.
SOME of the Higher ups are sometimes hypocritical, in terms of enforcing punishments for rule breakers, but not doing so on themself. Here is an example "screenshot" of just 1 of many cases.

We feel some of the rules are silly, and upon discussing them with higher ups its just a straight up "NO" to even discuss it. This defeats the object of improving the clans state. You don't even call a vote.
We feel discrimination goes on as I recall last year, an Eid competition or alike was requested and it got declined… So why celebrate Christmas and not Eid? Discrimination? There are only 4 common religions of people who would play online: Christianity, Islamism (Muslims), Hinduism, and Buddhism. You only allow 1? That doesn’t seem fair.
We see minor abuse, such as a certain someone likes to come to the jailbreak server and change the map without a vote...from what I hear from players. (I think you know who you are)
A much loved member, Radroach, was permanently banned from the community for posting 3 Facebook profiles of members who had given permission to do so, except one of them, which he deleted ASAP. Upon a higher up asking to confirm that details were given away with permission just bans him from the community for breaking member privacy rules. (In a normal court, the victim gets the choice of ending the case, or pursuing it.)
We think the method to demote Sibblet was wrong. We think she did a good job after getting used to it. But whoever it was who demoted her, why would you do that without starting a clan-vote, or at least getting some other opinions?
We believe EgN doesn't run as a family/team. A team doesn't have 1 person in charge. They work together and agree on things, but here its just a few people leading the clan regardless of what the 'team' says.
We were told that with further donations that we were going to get an upgraded server box to reduce lag and improve performance. Instead you take servers away to reduce lag for the almighty jailbreak. We feel that this is a bullshit step considering what we were told and for it to go the complete opposite way. Taking servers away if not played on would be fine.. but since there are servers that were played on but were taken away is a bit disrespectful.
We wish to leave EgN peacefully on our own terms.
