In this agreement the following will be discussed.

The surrender of the state of Casa livre.

A. The Colonial Empire of Casa Livre will surrender to The Jingoistic States of Kingdom of Königsberg
	A.1
	A.1.1. Viseu
	A.1.2. Vila Morena
	A.1.2. Portucalia
		A.2. The Colonial Empire of Casa Livre will hand over to The Socialist Federal Republic of Sebaria
			A.2.2. Angra Do Heroismo.

B. The Colonial Empire of Casa Livre will become a dependent territory state but will be a subject to The Jingoistic States of Kingdom of Königsberg
	B.1.
		B.1.1. The Colonial Empire of Casa Livre will be allowed to create and retain his own army and navy but under supervision of The Jingoistic States of Kingdom of Königsberg
		B.1.2. The Colonial Empire of Casa Livre is allowed to maintain its own finances and colonies.
		B.1.3. The Colonial Empire of Casa Livre will be monetarily supported by The Jingoistic States of Kingdom of Königsberg under the conditions of The Jingoistic States of Kingdom of Königsberg
		B.1.4. The Colonial Empire of Casa Livre is allowed to trade, and is forced to trade with The Jingoistic States of Kingdom
			B.2.
				B.2.1 The The Jingoistic States of Kingdom of Königsberg will send The Colonial Empire of Casa Livre 4000 mark to pay for 4 new colonies.

C. The Colonial Empire of Casa Livre
	C.1.
		C.1.1. The Colonial Empire of Casa Livre is not allowed to declare war and seize enemy colonies unless The Jingoistic States of Kingdom of Königsberg votes for.
		C.1.2. The Colonial Empire of Casa Livre has to follow any new demands made by The Jingoistic States of Kingdom of Königsberg but these demands can be changed if found unreasonable.
