"O-Orochimaru!" Tsunade uttered in complete surprise. "How did you get past the ANBU?!"

"ANBU?" Orochimaru sneered, his evil grin stretched wide across his pale face. "They're fine, just sleeping..."

"You scum! How dare you show your face here in the Leaf? In the Hokage's office of all places!" Tsunade angrily shouted.

Slamming her fist into her desk as she rose to her feet, her desk split down the middle and immediately collapsed inwards. She jumped at Orochimaru, her body blurring with the intense speed. Orochimaru's eyes widened, coughing blood from his lips as Tsunade's fist landed firmly in his gut. Suddenly, her fist began to sink into Orochimaru's stomach, his glazed over eyes turning brown as the hue spread over his entire body.

"A clone! Damn you, coward!" Tsunade cursed.

Pulling her arm back, she jerked forward once more, unable to release it.

"What the hell?!" Tsunade shouted.

"That clone is infused with my sage chakra, you can't break free." Orochimaru wryly explained.

Chuckling softly, he appeared behind Tsunade and grabbed her neck in one hand, squeezing tightly. Wincing, Tsunade drew her leg forward and prepared to kick Orochimaru. Large, ivory fangs extended from Orochimaru's open jaw and impaled Tsunade's neck before she could strike him, his venom injected into her veins. Paralyzed, Tsunade slumped against Orochimaru, he held her weight up in his arms.

"Useless as ever, Tsunade.." Orochimaru whispered, "Just like when we were children."

Gritting her teeth in fury, Tsunade furrowed her brow, her chakra seal breaking as the black lines spread from the gem on her forehead, quickly moving down the sides of her face and neck.

"Not so fast!" Orochimaru said, eyes wide in excitement.

His fingers pulsating with evil, purple chakra, he slammed them into Tsunade's forehead.

"Five-Pronged Seal!" He exclaimed, Tsunade gasped as the seal disrupted her chakra flow.

Her burst of energy dying, she began to pale slightly as the energy fueling her youthful appearance thinned. Orochimaru laughed again, his shoulders heaving with the growing intensity of his celebration.

"You are no Hokage, Tsunade, and you will die just like Nawaki!" Orochimaru said.

His neck elongating, bringing his head around from Tsunade's back to face her directly. Orochimaru licked his lips with his long, reptilian tongue and laughed in Tsunade's face. Blood slowly dripped down Tsunade's chin, a defeated look across her face as tears ran down her chin.

"Now, enough games. I've had my fill of tormenting you. Time for the real reason I came here.." Orochimaru said.

"Kill me already, the Leaf will stop at nothing to find you." Tsunade said.

"Don't worry, Tsunade, the Leaf won't know a thing." Orochimaru cackled.

"What are you talking about?!" Tsunade shouted.

"Goodbye, Hokage." Orochimaru finally said, laughing maniacally.

Plunging his fangs into Tsunade's neck, Orochimaru let go of her body, causing it to slump onto the floor. Forming intricate hand seals with his fingers, orochimaru channeled his sage chakra through his mouth, spreading it into Tsunade's body through his fangs.
Tsunade gasped as the chakra began to eat away at her insides, liquefying her body from the bottom up. Screaming in pain, Tsunade writhed in agony as her legs crumpled into nothing but skin.

"O-Orochimaru.. w-what are you doing?!" Tsunade said.

A slit ran down Tsunade's back, Orochimaru spread it open and stuck his leg inside slowly, savouring the moment. His leg transformed into the toned, strong muscle of the Hokage's.
