I'm the mod you didn't want to see your bullshit. I'm the mod that wrote this. You're right, bans are useless and easy to evade. My system is not. My system will make you go away. On the chance it doesn't make you go away you will be found out and you will make the system stronger and you will go away.

Do not fuck with me. Do not fuck with Melba. Do not fuck with anybody on this forum. It doesn't matter one bit if Melba is right or wrong. He told you to do something and you didn't do it. You continue to ignore what he tells you by PMing him over and over when he's told you not to. This is your last chance. Do what you are told or go away.

As for "over-stepping his bounds"... Melba has no bounds. He can do whatever the fuck he wants.

Lastly, stop your god damn lying. I can very clearly see where you called Melba "hot-headed" but then try to claim you don't. He can see it too. I can see where he said not to argue. You have done nothing but arguing and then accuse him of saying don't argue.

Anyway, I don't feel like ripping the rest of your messages apart and it's little fun to do so behind this curtain of privacy. Let me just sum this up succinctly for you. This is our forum. We'll do whatever the fuck we want. If we want to act like a bunch of dick monkeys then that's our prerogative. If you don't like it then you have the choice of not visiting this forum. If that isn't clear enough for you I can see to it that you won't be able to post on this forum again. I suggest you take a look at this sub-forum. There are a lot of names. Shall I add your name to the list?

This is just to inform you I will be escalating this issue above your head now. I have given you ample opprotunity to be reasonable. I have done nothing except attempt to learn AutoIT in more detail.

As a Moderator you have way overstepped your bounds and have taken a personal vendetta against me which is untollerable and unacceptable.

Never once except in your most recent pm have you said to stop PMing you. - This is an informational PM and will be my last contact with you until a higher-level moderator or developer gets involved. You will not be allowed to stiffle the community by targetting members because you let things get to you personally.

Having seen how you failed to understand things in the 2 threads you started I was expecting you not to understand this either. :(

I do not care whether you feel I have been high-handed or not - it is of absolutely no interest to me what you feel. I have not even read your PM in any detail. Unlike some people here might have acted, I have bent over backwards to give you a second chance and what do I get - PM after PM when you have been explicitly told not to reply.

Can you not get it into your head that you were banned because you did not do what a Moderator told you? And it does not matter whether you agree - this is our sandpit and if you want to play in it you obey our rules. We are all volunteers here - we do not have to help you or even tolerate your presence if we do not want to. You paid no fee to enter the forum nor use AutoIt - you have no right to demand anything from us. If you do not like it here then do not bother to come here again.

And yet you persist in doing exactly what I told you not to do again - and again - and again. I have had enough of wasting my time answering your irrelevant PMs when I could be helping others. This is your final warning - if you PM me again you are permanently gone from this forum.

And your threats do not worry me in the least - do you think we have not heard there like before?

M23... if you read my PM to you, I never called you "hot-headed" , nor told you to lock a thread or amend your post, nor accuse you of favoritism. What I am accusing you of is being "in-the-moment" and "upset" now. Please, lets take a step back and cool down, everyone.

I have been here a lot longer than "5 minutes', and I asked you to edit your post, not told you to do so... simply because what you posted in regards to me was irrelevant to my question and actually quite damaging to that thread.

Moderators are supposed to Moderate... not attack new members. I did do exactly what you said. I stopped using the "quote" button when responding as well as stopped "flaming" B rewMan as you requested. My last post was simply to end the conversation and sum-up everything, which is quite standard practice in most forums i'm part of.

You verbally attacked me directly in two completely separate threads. Even for a Moderator, that shouldn't be happening.

I never attacked anyone, please reread my thread posts in the thread in question. You will see that I was defending myself and asking for clarifications. That is all.

Never once did you say anything in regards to BrewMan's post as being disrespectful... which is part of the forum rules as well.

in my original response i said i considered BrewMan's response to be rude. As a moderator you ignored this completely and instead focused on the new member (likely becaue BrewMan is an established member, you natuaraly would be leaning towards his side because you don't know me yet, i get this). I have to ask though... when is too far too far? Like i said, my other thread has been ruined now and locked by you, which was irrelevant to my other "problematic" thread.

The "smooth operation of the forum" would have been for BrewMan to either ignore my post all together, or to post something helpful... not condescending and rude like he did.

As we all know, banning memebers is in-effective... most people can create hundreds of email accounts if they wanted too... and become a serious problem for forum websites. So please, I'd like to resolve this matter satisfactory for all parties and have my reputation on this forum restored. After all, I came here to learn, and got banned instead.

I have nothing to explain. I told you directly to stop doing something and yet you went off and did it again.

You broke the Forum Rules - look for the bit that says:

"Do what a moderator says. It does not matter if it is not fair - this is not a democracy. It does not matter if you disagree, your opinion is irrelevant. Do what moderators say or you will be removed from the forum"

What part of that is not clear? :huh:

We will ignore the temerity of someone who has been here five minutes calling me "hot-headed", telling me to lock a thread or amend my posts, and finally accusing me of favouritism. You are lucky a certain other Mod did not stumble on your thread - you would probbaly already be gone forever. As indeed you will be if you do not learn how to behave in our community when your ban is up.

You were told not to argue about being banned in the auto-PM that I sent and yet you have done so - I would ask you to note that you are still here and your ban has not been increased. Take that as a sign of my good nature despite your comments towards me so far. But do not push your luck any further.

I'd like to ask you to explain your actions please. I did not post into that thread "flaming" BrewMan, I in fact ended the converstaion (if it can even be called that). I feel that you are hot-headed right now, as am I and I'm sure BrewMan is as well... and therefore not rationalizing proplerly.

Please, read back through my threads, Every single post I make is in an attempt to learn more about AutoIt. Not a single one of my posts ever has been directly targeted and making trouble. I asked a question, you were very kindly assisting me in understanding, and then I got trampled on by a senior member who didn't want to be bothered with assisting someone like me. All I asked was for him not to post if he didn't have anything to contribute to the conversation. That is all... seriously.

As a MOD you have a duty to keep the forums peaceful and friendly, no? That thread became not freiendly entirely due to an off-base posting by BewMan... everything afterwards was a direct response to that action. However, you seem to have only targeted me in your heavy-handed punishment, not BrewMan... so I ask... how many postings do I need before I get imunity as well?

Forums are supposed to be places for people to collectively share knowledge and learn. If when someone asks a questions and doens't "get it", a formum is supposed to assit them in finding the understanding... simply saying "it doesn't work that way because it doens't" isn't helpful.... saying "it doesn't work that way because of x, y, and z..." is very helpful. I'm sorry if you have trouble understanding this, but this is how I have always learned.

Please respond to this PM so that we can resolve this issue.
