  2. At Will, Free Action - Primal, Polymorph
  3. Effect: When you assume animal form, you may assume a Large form instead of your small fox form. Your speed is increased by 2, and you may carry larger objects than normal.
  4. Special: Once per encounter, as a Move action, transform into your Large animal form and move up to ypur Speed. You provoke no reactions for this movement, may move through enemies' squares, and displace enemies your size or smaller you pass through, pushing them to the side or along with you. You transform back into your humanoid form at the end of your turn, but may use attacks and equipment as normal for the duration of this use of this power.

  30. Property: This weapon deals an extra 1d10 radiant damage when the power you use to make an attack has the radiant keyword.
  31. Property: Whenever you roll the maximum result on any damage die for this weapon, roll that die again and add the additional result to the damage total. If a reroll results in another maximum damage result, roll it again and keep adding.

  35. Special: A holy avenger can be used as a holy symbol. It adds its enhancement bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls and the extra damage granted by its property (if applicable) when used in this manner. You do not gain your weapon proficiency bonus to an attack roll when using a holy avenger as an implement.

  40. A true artifact imbued with Frey's determination. Not entirely Baphomet's, nor entirely Bison's, this hammer carries something new within it. This is a Craghammer with Brutal 3.

  44. Bullheadedness - This weapon may be used as an implement for divine or primal powers. Powers cast through this as an implement gain the Brutal 3 weapon property.

  46. Brutal Mercy - When an ally is granted an attack by the wielder of this weapon, that ally gains Brutal 3 for that attack. If that ally already has Brutal, increase their Brutal value by 3 for that attack.

  48. Shared Suffering: You may expend your Incredible Toughness racial power as an free action interrupt at the start of an ally's turn. That ally immediately uses Incredible Toughness. Your Incredible Toughness racial power gains the Overcharge 1 mechanic, except that it does not get expended as a daily power.

  50. Bridge Builder * At Will, Standard Action (Conjuration). You summon up to five contiguous 1x1 blocks of stone in front of you, carved in any way you desire, to the limits of your own artistic abilities. You may make solid blocks, blocks with stairs, or anything made of stone that exists in a single piece. Alternately, you may conjure up to fifteen squares of flat, stone bridge. You may have three instances of this power active at once, and uses after that dismiss the oldest.

  63. The Fool's Wit: As long as you haven't drawn your weapon this encounter (or in the last five minutes) you gain a +2 bonus to skill checks.

  65. Enhanced Ancient Retribution: This blade deals an extra 1d10 damage against cowardly or wicked spirits or serpentine creatures. These individuals are also critically hit on successful attacks with this weapon or by Dizzy.

  67. Flash Step Switch: Cedrik and Dizzy may switch places as a free action, once per turn.

  69. We Studied the Blade: Improve your Sneak Attack dice by 2, as if you were level 21. Dizzy gets her own action to use attacks of opportunity, and may apply an instance of Sneak Attack damage to this AoO if she qualifies, separate from Cedrik's instance.

  71. Bai Suzhen's Love: Gain 15 DR against poison, and Dizzy may no longer be harmed in combat alongside her big brother, except by Xiaoqing.

  85. Critical: The target is dazed by stinging magical insects until the end of your next turn and takes an extra 1d6 radiant damage per plus, and ongoing 5 radiant (save ends).

  87. Property: This implement grants the wielder a +3 bonus to damage rolls with arcane and divine powers.
  88. Property: You can use the Swordmage at-will Sword Burst. This attack deals Fire damage.
  89. The Final Syllable: When you miss some or all targets of a power, you may invoke the Final Syllable of the Word of Ioun, rerolling up to thrice (against the same or different targets that were missed). The first time you use this property in an encounter is free, but beyond that you must spend a Healing Surge or an Action Point to invoke this power as the strain becomes stronger.

  101. Attack: Intelligence vs Fortitude
  102. Hit: 3d10 + Intelligence modifier damage and ongoing 10 fire damage (save ends)
  103. Miss: Half damage and ongoing 5 fire damage (save ends)
  104. Effect: Until the end of the encounter, the target takes a -1 penalty to saving throws against ongoing damage. The penalty worsens by -1 for each creature taking ongoing damage within 10 squares of the target. Damage from this attack is doubled for constructs and creatures of unnatural origins.
