  1. Busou Shinki Battle Arena(#1398Ten)
  2. Welcome to the Battle Rondo Arena, home of the Busou Shinki Battle Rondo.
  3.
  4. It is a massive stadium with a roof, easily as large as any sports arena and capable of seating thousands of full sized humans in multiple levels. Near the arena floor are numerous large boxes filled with tiny seats for shinki spectators, as well as private boxes for the Masters of tournament fighters and the fighters themselves who are not actively fighting.
  5. The arena floor itself is a massive holographic projector, relaying the tournament bouts on an enormous scale. Individual shinki render at close to three meters tall, along with all of the terrain surrounding them. At this enormous scale, shinki combat can be seen clearly even from the nosebleed section.
  6.
  7. The actual battles take place on a small table in the center of the arena floor. The visualizer here projects the images and battles re-broadcast for stadium viewing by the much larger holofield.

  18. <J-IC-Moderated> Yuri Stinson claps his hands, "Ladies and Gentlemen, I'm Yuri Stinson. Splintered Gale Shintai." Pause, "And I'm also Yuri Stinson! You may remember me-slash-us from the WMAT." In Unison, "Today we're here to guest announce for the Busou Shinki Battle Rondo!" Yuri Stinson 1 says, "We've got a heck of a match today." Yuri Stinson 2 says, "That's right, Yuri. Coming out of one corner is Mae, a Renge-type model with a patriotic streak and a firecracker attitude currently fighting while being rented by Kagenashi!" Yuri Stinson 1 says, "And her opponent is a Maochao named Maruko, along with her owner who has been called a prodigy of the battle circuit: Fuki Deruka." Yuri Stinson 2 says, "Seems like a fearsome match for sure." Yuri Stinson 1 adds, "We can say that again."
  19. <J-IC-Moderated> Another brat, Toph Beifong says, "Good luck!"
  20. <J-IC-Moderated> Another brat, Toph Beifong says, "Kick some ass, you two!"

  23.
  24. "Do your best, Maruko!" Fuko says while depositing her shinki on the battle table. She rounds it out by giving the catbot a light petting, "Just remember what's best in life!"
  25.
  26. "To crush our enemies, see them driven before us, and hear the lameowtations of their masters!" Maruko cheers under the girl's hand. Fuko just giggles and skips to the Master's box, while the Maochao whirls to face the opponent's side of the projection surface.
  27.
  28. With individual winks of light, her armor materializes around her one piece at at ime. Boots, gauntlets, chestplate, helmet. And while waiting for Mae and her Master to arrive, she takes advantage of the enormous projection behind her to dance for the roaring crowd, clapping her hands together, doing a few courtsies, and then getting a bit more energetic.
  29.
  30. <J-IC-Moderated> Calm voiced Kagenashi | Mae shouts, "GLORRRYYYYYYY!"
  31. <J-IC-Moderated> Keiko says, "A battle? Have fun!"
  32. <J-IC-Moderated> Another brat, Toph Beifong says, "Man, so looking forward to the WMAT..."

  35.
  36. Kagenashi and Mae stride in to the cheers of the audience, Mae sitting perched on Kagenashi's shoulder with her armor already materialized and her nine "tails" resting on her lower back. She grins as she hops from side to side, making punching motions in the air with her torii-gate-styled gauntlets. "Yeah! This is gonna be /great/! We're gonna show that neko what a real fox can do! BLOOD AND THUNDER! BLOOD AND THUNDER!"
  37.
  38. "That is the spirit," Kagenashi replies more calmly, lifting a hand to give Mae a light pat on the head. "Do not disappoint me, Mae. I will be watching you. Though I at least have some faith in your chances."
  39.
  40. "WOOO! No problem, master! You're gonna be /so proud/ after this, I swear!" Mae flashes another grin, then flies down to land on the battle table. Her tails flash away, leaving only one blue blade on her lower back, and then they reappear in the form of four huge claws on each forearm. As Kagenashi moves over to sit in the master's box, Mae immediately begins making growling and clawing motions at Maruko from across the table.
  41.
  42. <2X-Supplemental> Yuri Stinson 1 says, "Well Maruko certainly seems full of vim and vigor and ready to engage in some fisticuffs." Yuri Stinson 2 says, "I see we've been using that word of the day calendar." Yuri Stinson 1 says, "You are accurate in your assessment." Yuri Stinson 2 sighs a bit, "Well, Mae certain seems equally ready for a big rumble, and I doubt she's gonna just let Maruko have this win." Yuri Stinson 1 notes, "Yes, this is going to be a great match about to get underway."
  43.
  44. Maruko activates the Visualizer on random. The light and color swirls chaotically, before resolving into a Battle Field:
  45.
  46. FACTORY
  47. This Field is completely indoors, though the structure is quite large. It's also quite crowded. Mutliple levels of catwalk platforms and conveyor belts snake throughout the entire building's interior, connected by steel rods and support struts from the metallic walls. A large variety of machinery also occupies the interior, in full swing of production. Presses, welders, and other heavy machinery constantly shapes and forms large plates of metal, the end product unclear.
  48.
  49. Maruko signals the start of the match!

  53.
  54. RIDE ON
  55.
  56. --
  57.
  58. Maruko ends her dance by pointing at Mae with one giant paw-finger, "This is just a formyality! When I'm through with you, there won't be enough left to make a toy mouse!" Those fingers clench and, with a snapping sound, the claws laid back against her wrist snap forward.
  59.
  60. In that same instance, the Battle Field forms and both shinki are shifted slightly to safe starting positions. The Factory grinds to life, noise filling the space and conveyors running underneath massive machinery.
  61.
  62. The cat shinki herself remains still for only a moment, crouching and then springing up to a higher level with a flip and a nimble landing upon a moving conveyor. The Slipway flashes around her un-clawed hand, materializing an oversized revolver. From this higher position, she fires two quick shots at the fox shinki occupying the lower catwalks, "I ain't lettin' no fox kon her way into the second round!"
  63. Maruko does 8 damage to Kagenashi with a Direct hit.
  64. Maruko hit Kagenashi with her Kaboodle Gun weak attack! <Standard Mechanic>
  65.
  66. --
  67.
  68. Mae...suddenly isn't /quite/ so confident when there's a huge factory around her. The shinki blinks and glances around, then frowns over at Maruko. "Seriously? Why doesn't anyone go for the old-fashioned stuff anymore? Stupid machines everywhere!"
  69.
  70. Of course, her distraction means that she's open to being shot. The bullets smack right into her, making her temporarily wobble in place before she gets her bearings again. "Gah! Okay, come on, get your head in the game, Mae!"
  71.
  72. The fox shinki quickly shakes her head, then leaps up, bounding off a rising stamping machine to reach Maruko's level. Before she lands on the conveyor belt, though, she thrusts one arm forward and launches one of her swords right at the cat shinki now at her level.
  73. You suffer 2 points of damage.
  74. Kagenashi does 2 damage to Maruko with a Graze hit.
  75. Kagenashi hit Maruko with her Claw Shot weak attack! <Standard Mechanic>
  76.
  77. <2X-Supplemental> Yuri Stinson 1 shouts, "And Maruko opens with a flurry of cat puns and then some opening salvos from her guns!" Yuri Stinson 2 adds, "But Mae isn't going to just take that laying down! Or standing up! She powers through and then launches a sword right at the cat-robot-girl-thing's face!"
  78.
  79. --
  80.
  81. Maruko gives her revolver a twirl and then slips it down against her hip, where it vanishes into the Slipway. STYLE IS EVERYTHING. There's some brief surprise when Mae is suddenly right in her face, and the shinki jerks to the side with her entire upper body. The sword zips right past her, digging a furrow across her cheek. When Maruko straightens, she touches the scar with the paw-like fingers of one hand. The surprise quickly becomes determination, and she points at the fox-shinki accusingly.
  82.
  83. "You're only making my face-" jerking, she points at the scar, "--look cooler!"
  84.
  85. Her own weapon has just three claws on it, but that's all she feels she needs. Maruko springs forward on the conveyor, pouncing at Mae with both hands--and both sets of claws--leading, "You'll make a purrfect scratching post!"
  86. That target is not in this room.
  87. Maruko does 6 damage to Kagenashi with an Above Average hit.
  88. Maruko hit Kagenashi with her Kitty's Got Claws weak attack! <Standard Mechanic>
  89.
  90. --
  91.
  92. Claws! Mae at least knows how to deal with something like this, at least to some extent. Namely, once she lands on the belt, she brings her own claws up to try to block. Unfortunately, Maruko's determined, and Mae's claws are batted away just enough to get her a solid swipe on the cheek in return.
  93.
  94. Mae stumbles back a little, then shakes her head to clear her mind before she levels a glare at the taunting cat. "Yeah, well I wonder how cool you'll look with a dozen of those all over you!"
  95.
  96. Now it's Mae's turn to dart in, and her attack is simple: a swiping /smack/ with one set of claws to both slash at Maruko and knock her off the conveyor.
  97. You suffer 10 points of damage.
  98. Kagenashi does 10 damage to Maruko with a Direct hit.
  99. Kagenashi hit Maruko with her Vixen Smackdown weak attack! <Standard Mechanic>
  100.
  101. <2X-Supplemental> Yuri Stinson 1 yells, "The sword gets a little nick out of the catgirl, and she does not seem to be purring over that hit! Or maybe she is and thinks she looks cooler!" Yuri Stinson 2 adds, "But Mae wants to give her more than a couple scratches! While the claws get a good hit on Mae, Mae is coming back in with a powerful claw attack of her own."
  102.
  103. With an awkward "Mya--!" Maruko's struck quite solidly. Mae's numerous claws dig into the arm the Maochao tries to shield her body with, digging furrows in the gauntlet and shoulder armor and striking with enough force to knock the cat right off the conveyor. She tumbles in midair, but lands upright on all fours on a lower-level conveyor. She shoots a look at her damaged shoulder, fussing with it for a moment. When satisfied that the mechanism isn't jammed, she casts a look up at Mae.
  104.
  105. Both shoulders flip open. Launching with small rocket motors, two cat-themed aircraft launch out of her shoulders and arc upward, "Go, mini-meowchines! Bombing run!"
  106.
  107. The craft, resembling toy planes with cat heads where the pilot would sit, soar up through the factory, then wheel about and dive sharply at the conveyor Mae occupies. Each one pulls up at the last second, peeling off in opposite directions, while dropping tiny but surprisingly energetic bombs. That conveyor is probably going to be inoperable, at the very least.
  108. Maruko does 7 damage to Kagenashi with an Above Average hit.
  109. Maruko hit Kagenashi with her Micro Dive Bomber weak attack! <Standard Mechanic>
  110.
  111. --
  112.
  113. "What the-?!" The tiny cat bombers get a look of complete confusion from Mae as she stands on the upper conveyor. What exactly they're about to do isn't her concern very much: what's more important is getting out of the way before she has to find out.
  114.
  115. With a flip, she leaps off the conveyor just as the cat planes drop explosive bombs that tear into the mechanisms and manage to knock Mae even higher into the air. Unfortunately for her, grenade jumps still hurt, and she suffers some burning on the rear for her risk.
  116.
  117. Ah, but now she has some advantage! As high up as she is and with some debris obscuring her, she has the opportunity to shift herself in midair to point down at Maruko and bring her claws together over her head. A slight spin goes into her fall, and suddenly Maruko has a fox-drill coming down straight for her. It's probably not going to be a comfortable landing for Mae either, but hopefully it'll pay off.
  118. You suffer 4 points of damage.
  119. Kagenashi does 4 damage to Maruko with a Graze hit.
  120. Kagenashi hit Maruko with her Drill Fox moderate attack! <Standard Mechanic>
  121.
  122. <2X-Supplemental> Yuri Stinson 1 shouts, "Oh and the kitty takes a big hit, with some massive damage. She does not look pleased, and is opening up her shoulders to shoot what appear to be a pair of kitty aircraft." Yuri Stinson 2 cries out, "Oh and they're getting some good hits in! But Mae doesn't give up! She wants to drill right to the heart of the matter, or in this case, the heart of the Shinki."
  123.
  124. --
  125.
  126. The tiny catjets loop around and return to Maruko's shoulders, which close quickly over them. The upper level conveyor blasts apart and begins to collapse in that section, while the belt itself grinds to a halt. Further down, the machinery stops as well. Machinery that, on the level Maruko occupies, is still operating.
  127.
  128. With a 'mya!', the cat shinki twists herself around to avoid being completely bisected by Mae's descending attack, though several layers of armor are shaved away just by proximity. The belt absorbs the more fatal amounts of damage, rust-covered metal suddenly bare and gleaming in that one place, "Nyaow see here! You can't just go around pretending to have a drill!"
  129.
  130. The claws on her good hand flip back and the gauntlet reconfigures, extending a pointed drill bit. Rising from a three point stance to just her two feet, Maruko draws this back. The drill whirls to life with a high pitched whine, "It brings down everyone who's got REAL drills!"
  131. Maruko does 8 damage to Kagenashi with an Above Average hit.
  132. Maruko hit Kagenashi with her Drill Sergeant weak attack! <Standard Mechanic>
  133.
  134. --
  135.
  136. Mae has to make do with her landing and flip up in the air after smashing into the belt, landing again on her feet with her claws raised in a feral position. Before she can offer some kind of witty retort to Maruko, however, she's suddenly faced with a legitimate /drill/ being thrust at her.
  137.
  138. She gives a yelp of surprise and tries to shift to the side, though she suffers a large scrape through her chest armor from the attack. There's a moment where it looks like she's about to fall right off the conveyor, arms wobbling slightly...but it's totally just a feint to disguise her next attack.
  139.
  140. Which is to spin around awkwardly to face her back to Maruko, crouch, and then leap butt-first to try and stab the cat shinki with the sword on her lower back. "AaaaaaAAAAAAA FEEL THE POWER OF THE NINE TAILS OF MAE," she shouts in a last-minute attempt to not look incredibly unimpressive.
  141. You suffer 12 points of damage.
  142. Kagenashi does 12 damage to Maruko with an Above Average hit.
  143. Kagenashi hit Maruko with her Butt Battle moderate attack! <Standard Mechanic>
  144.
  145. <2X-Supplemental> Yuri Stinson reports, "Boy neither of these two wants to let up a darn bit! The kitty cat brings out her own drills, charging in towards Mae with a powerful attack." Yuri Stinson 2 shouts, "Oh and Mae takes a hit! But she's not going down! She appears to be... butt thrusting towards her opponent." Yuri 1 nods audibly, "Ah yes, Twerking Bee, Hidden Wasp. An ancient technique."
  146.
  147. --
  148.
  149. "But you've only got one--" The indignancy of Maruko's objection to Mae's attack call results in her being impaled right through the midsection in a shower of sparks and Tuna Jelly, and an equally awkward "--myo!" of pain and surprise. She twists and wiggles, but apparently can't get away.
  150.
  151. Maruko is stuck. To Mae's butt.
  152.
  153. Suddenly furious and indignant, the cat shinki starts batting at Mae's head and neck with her giant cat paw gauntlets. Her claws aren't even out, it's just a cascade of bapping while Maruko repeats, "Get off! Get off! Get off!" over and over.
  154. Maruko uses Ineffectual Flailing weak combo attack on Kagenashi.
  155. The attacks resulted in a series of, Graze, and Mild-graze strikes for a total of 3 damage.
  156.
  157. --
  158.
  159. Oh god, this is not how this was supposed to go.
  160.
  161. Mae lets out semi-terrified squeaks as Maruko assaults her from behind, lifting her claws behind her head to block as much as she can. Thankfully she only suffers a few light grazes, but it's /really/ a problem to be dealing with an angry robot cat stuck to your rear.
  162.
  163. So Mae is going to have to deal with this the only way she knows how.
  164.
  165. "AAAAAAAH TAIL PILEDRIVER!"
  166.
  167. With another leap, Mae outright jumps off the conveyor belt, screaming in terror as she falls Maruko-first onto a lower catwalk. No, she has no idea what she's actually trying to do here, but desperate times call for desperate measures.
  168. You suffer 15 points of damage.
  169. Kagenashi does 15 damage to Maruko with an Above Average hit.
  170. Kagenashi hit Maruko with her Tail Piledriver strong attack! <Standard Mechanic>
  171.
  172. <2X-Supplemental> Yuri Stinson 1 shouts, "Wow! That one of is stuck to the butt of the other! What am I even seeing here!?" Yuri 2 slams his hand on the table, "This is the true power of Butt Stabbage! Look at her flail!" Yuri 1 cries, "It looks like she's turning the butt stabbing into a Butt Piledriver. Her ass is out of control right now!" Yuri 2 points out, "Should you be saying that? Aren't we engaged?" Yuri 1 coughs, "Oh shit, yeah, right."
  173.
  174. --
  175.
  176. "--No wait what are you doing--!" is about all Maruko gets out when Mae jumps up over the conveyor's edge, followed by a terrified "AHHH~!" on the way down. Impact at least manages to dislodge the cat from Mae's tail, allowing the fox shinki more freedom of movement. For several seconds, Maruko stays where she is, leaking jelly and just kind of recovering from what for most people would at the very least be a severe concussion.
  177.
  178. When she's done rebooting her brain, though, she flips over and scrabbles down the catwalk several inches, scrambling to her feet near the end. Whirling on Mae, she points with one pawfinger, "That's just a setback, I'm getting serous meow!" Her shoulders pop out and, with bursts of thrust, miniature tanks launch out and land on the catwalk in front of her, "Go, mini-Meowchines!"
  179.
  180. They're tiny tanks, like cat heads on wheels with the guns sticking out of their noses. With noises like cap guns, they fire tiny exploding pellets as they advance down the catwalk.
  181. Maruko does 2 damage to Kagenashi with a Graze hit.
  182. Maruko hit Kagenashi with her Micro Tanks weak attack! <Standard Mechanic>
  183.
  184. --
  185.
  186. Mae topples and tumbles unceremoniously once Maruko is dislodged from her tail-sword. After a moment of lying there uncomfortably, though, she groans and pushes herself to her feet, shaking her head and then lifting her claws to be prepared again. "Your butt's a setback," Mae snaps back wittily, wobbling slightly where she stands.
  187.
  188. And now there are tanks. Great. Mae is at least alert enough that she can react before they start bombarding her too much, leaping up into the air and flipping several times to jump over them. She barely gets grazed by a couple of shells, but in a minute she's landing in a crouch a few inches behind Maruko.
  189.
  190. "HA! No matter how clever the cat, a crazy fox is always better!" Mae, having no idea what she's talking about and just trying to sound impressive, whirls around and points one set of claws at Maruko. All four swords are suddenly launched off one after the other, flying at the cat with intent to stab!
  191. Kagenashi used a combo attack on you and hit you for a total of 24 damage.
  192. Kagenashi uses Surprise Claw Shot strong combo attack on Maruko.
  193. The attacks resulted in a series of, Above-average, Above-average, Above-average, and Above-average strikes for a total of 24 damage.
  194.
  195. <2X-Supplemental> Yuri Stinson 1 shouts out, "It looks like Maruko is on the ropes! She's dropping whatever she can to try to take out her opponent. Bu-" Yuri Stinson 2 interrupts, "But Mae is on the top of her came. And Maruko is on the bottom of Mae! Or was! Mae really wants this victory, and it's right in claw grasp."
  196.
  197. Maruko tenses when Mae jumps clear of the micro-tanks, following the fox's arc. Though she whirls to face Mae when she lands, she winds up presenting her damaged arm and shoulder at the moment the claw blades fire. She can only raise her gauntlet to protect her face when blades bury into her armor and side, "--nyow!"
  198.
  199. She staggers and, with a shower of sparks, her left arm goes limp at the elbow, one of the blades jammed in between the elbow joint and the cuff of her gauntlet. Flexing her right hand, Maruko's claws snap forward again, "Ever heard of the cornered mouse that bit the cat!?"
  200.
  201. Taking a single step forward, she whirls her torso to swing her claw around, adding more leverage to it, "Well cornered cats bite foxes, too!"
  202. That target is not in this room.
  203. Maruko does 8 damage to Kagenashi with a Direct hit.
  204. Maruko hit Kagenashi with her Great Big Slice weak attack! <Standard Mechanic>
  205.
  206. --
  207.
  208. "No, actually, I have-AH!" Mae finds herself faced with a roundhouse smack from Maruko's giant claw, bringing her arms up just in time to block it. Slightly, at least.
  209.
  210. She's still knocked aside, tossed right off the catwalk and forced to dig the claws of her other arm into a machine to stop herself from falling any further. With a flash of light, her spent set is 'reloaded' and she looks up to face Maruko again.
  211.
  212. "Well, you know what foxes do? We bite too! WITH OUR TAILS, BECAUSE NOBODY HAS MORE TAILS THAN A FOX!" Patriotism!
  213.
  214. Mae immediately leaps off her stopping surface, and her claws and tail vanish in a flash of light. In mid-flight, another flash appears in her hands, and she's now flying right for Maruko with all nine tail-blades held like some kind of giant hammer. A horizontal smack with the bludgeoning, cutting weapon should give the cat shinki a taste of her own medicine!
  215. You suffer 15 points of damage.
  216. Kagenashi does 15 damage to Maruko with an Above Average hit.
  217. Kagenashi hit Maruko with her Giant Tail Smackdown strong attack! <Standard Mechanic>
  218.
  219. --
  220.
  221. The blow knocks Maruko right off the catwalk, through the railing. Sparks shoot from her damaged armor and the ruined arm outright disconnects, tumbling down after her. She hits a lower level conveyor with a heavy noise and a splattering of jelly from previous damage, struggling to move. One of the presses slams down on a leg with a nasty cracking noise, and as it comes up, welders doing fine work inadvertantly lock the damaged endostructure down.
  222.
  223. Fortunately, the conveyor advances such that the rest of Maruko isn't flattened next. Worker arms begin cutting out pieces of the metal she's stuck to while she struggles to free herself, hissing in frustration.
  224.
  225. When she finally gives up on that, Maruko whirls around and extends her remaining hand. Her Revolver flickers out of the Slipway and she fires off several shots towards Mae in the distance, "I ain't giving up!"
  226. Maruko does 8 damage to Kagenashi with a Direct hit.
  227. Maruko hit Kagenashi with her Kaboodle Gun weak attack! <Standard Mechanic>
  228.
  229. <2X-Supplemental> Yuri Stinson 1 shouts, "Oh! Man, it looks like Maruko is in some trouble here! A few more hits like those and she might go down! But she wants to go down swinging, it seems, and she's attacking Mae with those sharp claws." Yuri Stinson 2 points out, "But Mae doesn't seem to be hesitating much despite the huge hits! Sghe's charging in with that tail of hers and really wants to put her opponent down!" Yuri Stinson 1 tacks on, "But Maruko doesn't want to give up yet, and she's taking out her gun."
  230.
  231. --
  232. Mae can't help but wince a little as Maruko is brutalized by that last attack. It's pretty severe, but...well, she has to admire the cat's determination. And that admiration comes with getting a bullet right to the chest, making her stumble back and flail her arms until she too falls right off the conveyor.
  233.
  234. At least the assembly line below breaks her fall, letting her land with an "oof" right on her rear. Good thing she doesn't have a tail on there now. A few inches ahead of the trapped cat, she rights herself and then has to dodge aside to avoid a set of welders just in front of her. This is getting intense.
  235.
  236. "Yeah, well maybe you should give up! NOTHING BEATS THE MIGHT OF THE FOX!" And to prove that, Mae...throws her hammer-tail at Maruko, bringing it over her head before just tossing it. It's pretty heavy, so that's probably going to be enough to do some damage if bad luck doesn't get in the way.
  237. You suffer 20 points of damage.
  238. Kagenashi does 20 damage to Maruko with a Direct hit.
  239. Kagenashi hit Maruko with her Hammer Tail Toss strong attack! <Standard Mechanic>
  240. Maruko has been knocked out!
  241.
  242. --
  243.
  244. WHAM
  245.
  246. The hammer slams Maruko's upper body into the conveyor with a satisfying crunching sound and enough force that her remaining arm flips up from the impact, then drops limply down. Her revolver clatters to a stop a few inches away, teetering on the catwalk edge. When one of the presses slams down, the gun falls off.
  247.
  248. Starting at the ceiling, the simulation breaks down and dissolves its way downward until both shinki are once again on the battle table, their damage removed. Though Maruko is still pinned under Mae's weapon. With an objecting noise, she shoves the hammer off herself and sits up. Suddenly having both hands again, she promply acknowledges her defeat by pretending she meant to do that.
  249.
  250. She is a cat, after all. This just means that she starts rubbing at her ears with one paw-gauntlet, like a cat cleaning itself, all with that 'i meant to do that' look on her face, closed eyes and all.
  251. <OOC> Maruko says, "oh it parsed something. Oh well."
  252. Jinxel has reset her combat status to default. Her HP was 100

  257. Mae was not expecting that to be the finishing blow. However, she definitely acts like this was planned entirely. Not the first one she would've wanted to be the finisher (the tail piledriver was way better), but she'll take victory any way she can get.

  261. <J-IC-Moderated> Yuri Stinson 1 shouts, "Aaaaand that's the end of it! With a powerful hammer toss using her tail, Mae manages to take out Maruko, a strong favorite to go far in the Battle Rondo. What an exceptional and surprising fight this has been!" Yuri Stinson 2 notes, "I couldn't agree with me more, Yuri. That was an amazing fight that had some great moves and ended with a smashing victory." Yuri Stinson 1 audibly nods, "And since the match is over, I don't need the Shintai any more." Yuri Stinson 2 yells, "Oh god, I'm melting! What a twiiiiiiiiiiist." And then Yuri Stinson coughs, "Ahem! Anyway, the victor for the day is Kagenashi and her Renge-model, Mae!"
