Gate ch. 15 temporary TL script

TL script by anon. I (swiss guy) did just correct some typos, added a few missing lines in small print and did some changes for consistency. The 3 between-panel descriptions in page 12 aren't actual translations, just checked what the acronyms mean
+ the usual precautions for the scripts using the tiny web-raws
