2 Stupid Dogs in Equestria Chapter 2

>Fluttershy looked at the two dogs, they didn't seem any different than any other ordinary dog.
"You can talk?"
>Little Dog smiled at her and nodded.
>Fluttershy was amazed, she had never ran into ordinary dogs that could talk before. Maybe Winona is holding back? Maybe all the animals that refuse to talk were holding back. Maybe Angel could talk? She found this most curious.
"I've never seen talking dogs before"
>She began to smile in excitement
"This is amazing!"
>Little Dog's stomach started to grumble, he didn't have time for this.
"Yeah yeah sure! Hey lady. Do you know what a Ponyville is?"
>Fluttershy, still astonished smiled at him, she was a tad confused by the question considering Ponyville was right over there. But perhaps they didn't come from there in the first place.
"Oh yes, the town of Ponyville is right over there"
>She pointed to it with her hoof
"See?"
>Both the dogs looked back to see the town they had just left. Little Dog was amazed
"Woah!......Ponyville is a town?"
>Big Dog Shrugged
"Who knew?"
>Fluttershy jumped and started to float above them, and then landed infront of them. That smile neverending.
"Where did you two come from?"
>Little Dog and Big Dog looked at eachother, confused by the question. It took almost a minute for Little Dog to come up with an answer. The length of time was enough to make even Flutters feel uncomfy.
"Our moms"
>Fluttershy didn't know what to make of that answer. She looked left and right, she felt confused.
"No no, I mean. Where did you two come from recently?"
>They looked at eachother again. This time it took Little Dog five whole minutes to come up with an answer.
"Dunno"
>Fluttershy was sweating, for talking dogs. They seemed dumber than the town's young hooligans. Snips and Snails.
"O-oh, I see. W-well are you hungry little doggies?"

>This question made Little Dog a tad pissed. Of course he was hungry. The entire reason they were here was for the FREE candy. He got all up into Fluttershy's face
"Of course were hungry! We've been walking around forever to get free candy to eat! And now we gotta do this thing to get free candy! We are suuuuuuuper hungry! So unless you have free candy, then we gotta go do that thing..RIGHT NOW!"
>He jumped down and turned away from her. Heading towards Ponyville with Big Dog slowly trailing. He was mumbling to himself.
"Of course were hungry. how could she not see that. Were wasting away without the free candy and she wants to talk politics. She's so dumb!"
>Fluttershy started to feel upset from Little Dog's sudden anger. But she couldn't just let them walk off without feeding them. She had no idea why they were so fixated on candy, but that wasn't a proper food. She rushed up ahead of them and stopped them.
"Wait! I-I know why you're angry. Poor little guys! Maybe if you eat the food I brought you will feel better? You're hungry right?"
>They both nodded
>Fluttershy gave them a warming smile, now she was getting somewhere
"Well if you come back with me. I can give you all the food your little bellies need until your nice and full. How about that?"
>Little Dog liked that idea, he was starting to shake with excitement.
"All the free candy we can eat?"
>Fluttershy's ears lowered, she didn't expect that answer. Why were they so fixated on candy?
"Well....no, but I have a lot of other yummy and nutritious foods you can eat."
>Little Dog's face of joy immediatly turned to one of aggravation.
"But no free candy?"
>Fluttershy looked like she was about to be slapped. She felt timid, her voice started to quiver.
"Well....no"
>Little Dog again, quick to anger, got on two feet and stomped around.
"How are we supposed to fill our stomachs without free candy, thats what we have been trying to get the whole time! We don't have time to get anything else!"

>Fluttershy was starting to lose her grip on the situation. This made no sense. She was offering them something much better than candy.
"Well....umm...maybe I could go get some candy for you? Would you...like that?"
>Little Dog started to consider this, he rubbed his chin.
"Hmmmm......is it free candy?"
>Fluttershy smiled, now she was getting somewhere.
"It would be yes! I just have to go buy some, will you wait here?"
>Something about that sentence didn't seem right with Little Dog, at this point. none of them has noticed that Big Dog seemed to have disappeared. Even the writer hasn't noticed he has gone..until just now...I suppose.
"But if you buy it, then how is it free?"
>Fluttershy nearly fell down as her brain shut off for a second. Why did it matter?! they weren't paying!
"Well...umm...technically it'd be free for you bo-"
>Little Dog stopped her midsentence
"No! If you have to spend money on it then it isn't free! We are tryyyiiinnngg to get free candy! Free! FREE!"
>Fluttershy had no idea about the free candy at Sugarcube Corner. So she had no way of telling them the candy would be free regardless. She was sweating bullets. She felt like crying. She had no idea how to reason with him.
"But...but candy is bad for you..."
>Little Dog didn't care, or he just didn't understand.
"But its what we've been trying to get! If you don't got any then we are leaving!"
>Without anyone noticing, Big Dog had walked back towards them. and planted his butt next to Little Dog.
>Little Dog looked towards him and waved his paw forward.
"Come on let's go, she doesn't have any free candy."
>They both walked towards the town. Fluttershy was stunned. She didn't even know what was going on anymore. She started to get a headache and wearily walked back towards her cottage when she noticed all the animals had left. Even Angel.
"That's odd....they usually stay for seconds..."
