When you open radi.ba for the first you will be greeted by our welcome page.

The welcome page will provide you with three options. You can either register as a worker looking for a job, an employer looking for workers or you can choose third option by which you will represent yourself and offer your services to others.
Worker Profile
If you chose to register as a worker, you will be redirected to worker registration form. The initial registration takes only a few minutes and requires only basic profile data such as name, surname, and mail. Once you submit the registration form your username and password will be sent to the mail you provided.
Next step is to log in to your worker account and start completing your profile. It will require more data about yourself such as telephone number, adress, high school, faculty, degree, skills, experience, languages you can speak, projects you have worked on, profile picture and more.
If you have filled the form successfully, your worker profile will be ready in a few seconds and you will be submitted to available workers database.
Employer profile
If you are an employer looking for employees that can start working as soon as tomorrow, and you chose this option, you will be redirected to employer registration form. The basic registration form again asks only for basic data - name, surname, company and mail. Once you  complete and submit the form, our system will send you password with your username and password. Using this credentials, you can log in to your radi.ba employer profile and verify your company. Once logged in, you will be able to update your profile with details about your company, what does it do, what do you expect from your employees, skill requirements and a few more details.
When you are done editing your company profile, you will automatically be given a list of workers that compile with your business requirements and you will be able to hire them the very next day.
Service provider profile
The third option is reserved for the users that want to work on their own, independent of others. Such users will finish quick registration that is silimar to worker registration form, following the same process like the one mentioned above. Once they successfully log in, they can start posting their services and price they ask for them (eg. "Translating document - $5 for 1000 words" or "Building website - $20 per page") and similar. All of the registered services will be available on "service list" and any website visitor will be able to see them and order the service they need.
