KR Patch 21/12/2015

[Quest]
1) Issue with warping costs showing wrong price in certain area's has been adjusted.
2) [나를 찾는 여정] Quest has had a modified goal.
3) Karolis Fountain, something about an npc being moved to be accurately drawn on the mini-map.
4) Quest Ingredients for recipes are now automatically received instead of dropped on the ground. ( I.E Bramble Thorn.)
5) Silver Consumption costs for these quests have been reduced:
	- 도둑이 제 발 저린
	- Bow's Book of Dream ( Quarrel Quest )
	- Bow's Book of Dream ( Hunter Quest)
	- Bow's Book of Dream ( Ranger Quest)
	- In their Honor (2)
6) Issue where Quest "Missing Researcher (5)" wasn't dropping the quest item Scorpio hook has been fixed.
7) On the Map "노바하 별관" The Difficulty on the quest "에드문다스 구출 " has been reduced.
8) Fixed issue  on Rukus Plateau map where incorrect icons were being displayed.
9) Quest item re-use cooldown reduced to 3 seconds from 15 for some items.
10) Fixed bug with premium benefits applying problems to the barbarian quest.
11) Issue with completing Quest: Corrupted Lanterns (2) has been fixed.
12)  Antidote quest on certain quest item was not being given to party members has been fixed.
13)  The Quest " 에드문다스의 걱정(3)" has been fixed where essence was not floating to the party members.

[Party]
1) Bug where new parties couldn't be created has been fixed.
	- When parties are made they are now written with alphanumeric characters.
	- Friends list UI corrections have been applied to prevent text spilling.

[Skills]
1) Learning Attributes with timers can now be canceled. The silver won't be refunded however.
2) It was possible to learn up to 2 attributes simultaneously, "psycho hassle" was used as a placeholder to allow only 1 attribute to be learned temporarily until there is a way to solve this error. PCafe benefits will allow 3 simultaneous skills to be learned in the future.

[Monsters]
1) After purchasing another companion, buying-back problem has been fixed.

[UI]
1) Issue when an error message was shown on the PC-bang tooltip has been fixed.
2) Changed UI in the market for Hat & Hair Accesssory categories.
3) TP is now  displayed in upper left corner of Lodge.
4) Made changes to lodge settings button 'change team name'.
5) Soul Crystal & Megaphone bug with the item & UI locking has been fixed.

[Server Stability]
1) Memory has been increased for server stability.
