Misaki Kurisu was born a princess belonging to the Kurisu family of Kingdom Sanzan. Due to her sister being older in a Kingdom ruled by queens, her sister was made queen when Misaki was 16, and at 18, as per their culture, she was cast out to live with the people of the surrounding villages and never allowed to interact with her family again. As an outcast, she wandered the galaxy as a hitchhiker, helping those she could, but never accumulating wealth for herself. She was knowledgeable about most things, but also kind and selfless.

After being recruited by the Organization, Misaki was put with a crew of 4 to do what missions the Organization wanted them to do. The crew consisted of Misaki; Albert Kokklesworth, a giant knight; Oliver Taylor, a navy man turned merchant; and Sierra Yemina, a scientist turned soldier. Misaki hoped their missions involved helping people. Their first task was to land on a nearby planet and get further instruction from their contact. After they landed the ship, they found a black, thug-type looking person holding a sign that said "Contact". He introduced himself as Tyce and gave them instruction, while casually insulting them. They were to rob a crate of drugs off a bullet train before it got to the city, and they only had 2 days to do it. They had decided to use a chopper to steal the crate off the train and to blow up the tracks to get rid of what they couldn't get. To get the chopper, they decided they'd have to buy one or steal one.

Oliver and Sierra went to shop and buy supplies, and possibly get a chopper. Albert left somewhere. Misaki was able to track him and followed. Albert was at a military base. With Misaki on his back, he snuck through most of the base but when he got to the chopper, he was seen. He attempted to fly the chopper out, but forgot that he couldn't pilot. As the chopper malfunctioned, he jumped out and barely avoided the explosion of the chopper impacting a nearby watchtower, chopping the guard with the blades. The guards were still after them, so Albert, with Misaki on his back, ran away from the base and towards the business district of the city. Through their combined stealth, he was able to avoid being caught, but not without being ID'd. They returned to the ship, meeting Oliver and Sierra. Oliver and Sierra gave them their gear, which included a balaclava, sunglasses, and kevlar vest for all of them except Albert, who had full armor and a flak jacket.

They turned on the TV and heard a news reporter talk of their attempt to steal the chopper, referring to it as a terrorist attack and explaining how much damage they caused. Misaki cried at seeing this, not being familiar with combat or death. Sierra and Albert attempted to comfort her, but it didn't help.

Tyce soon appeared and explained that he knew of a chopper they could steal. It was used by a DJ, a former member of Tyce's Universal Coalition of Rappers. The Coalition was betrayed by him, so he offered his chopper to the crew to steal. However, he had a giant bodyguard named Rick, supposedly bigger than Albert, that they'd have to take care of. And there would also be guards. Misaki was nervous, but came as a medic. Oliver flew the ship to the nightclub with everyone on board, then turned it to autopilot and manned the guns. Sierra and Misaki were grabbed by Albert, who jumped out and landed on Rick. Oliver took out the guards with the ship's guns, and Sierra and Misaki hid. Albert fought Rick, who didn't seem to want to die. He eventually beheaded Rick with his shield, but later, his shield was thrown off the rooftop. They now had a chopper.

Next up was the train robbery. Sierra had made homemade explosives to blow up the tracks and use when necessary, and Oliver made Albert a new shield and some parachutes. Misaki was nervous about their plan to possibly hurt people, but had to go along anyway. While they were preparing for the train robbery, Misaki and Albert were able to bond.

For the train robbery, they flew in by chopper, to avoid getting ID'd in the ship. Sierra piloted the chopper and Oliver manned the chopper's guns. Albert and Misaki dropped onto the cart with the drugs, which had a sunroof. Albert went into the cart, but was greeted by police offers. It was an ambush. A chopper also came for Oliver and Sierra. Albert was quickly tazed and handcuffed. Misaki tried to blind the place with a pack of medical powder, but it failed. She decided to jump down and try to get a tazer from the guards, distracting them so Albert could get free. This eventually worked after several attempts, with Albert having his hands in front of him, holding a police officer hostage, who was shot repeatedly, and Misaki staying out of the way. Misaki attempted to escape by jumping off Albert's back onto the roof of the cart, but she failed, falling on her face. The train was nearing the set explosives. Misaki hid in a crate of drugs and Albert braced himself with the dead police man's body.

The train blew up, but they survived. Albert and Misaki eventually got the crates brace's detached and Oliver and Sierra were able to grab the crate. As they were in the air, a police chopper tried to shoot the rope holding the crate while a rappel team descended on it. Albert was able to kill the rappel team, but the rope get getting shot. Misaki had to go up and attach the rope so the crate wouldnt fall and kill them both. After it was attached, Misaki fell screaming and died in the water.

When they got back to the ship, Tyce insulted Misaki, mocking her death. Sierra and Albert were upset (Oliver was unconscious) and attempted to kill him and his guards. Sierra blew up his guards, and Albert attempted to cut Tyce in half, but Tyce dodged and fled. Misaki was never seen again.
