- Ingredients
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 orange pepper
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 3 garlic clove
- 1 shallot
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- Sea salt and ground pepper
- Directions
- Heat up a pan and roast the chopped garlic, diced shallot and diced peppers with half of the olive oil.
- Roast until the vegetables change in color (about 5 minutes).
- Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend until you have a smooth texture.
- Serve and enjoy!
